Vape Simple shut down permanently after announcing closure, but left many customers, including myself, without orders fulfilled or refunds issued. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I received no response. This dishonest behavior feels like a complete scam—do not trust this company with your money.

These products are absolutely fantastic! Amazing prices and the delivery service is outstanding! Best I've found in years!

Avoid them as their products arrive and don’t work as they should, tanks always leak. Which then goes on to break the rest of the device Aspire Flexus AIO I am referring to. Their customer service is terrible they never respond to your emails and when you call you get fobbed off then ignored. I won’t be using them again!

Fantastic value for money. Some great multi-buy deals available. Excellent customer service. I messed up a delivery order and they sent my order to me at no extra charge.

I placed an order and stupidly chose store pick up. I contacted Vape Simple to pay for home delivery. Frazer at VS arranged for next day delivery free of charge as a gesture of goodwill. I received my order less than 24 hours later as promised. Excellent Customer service. Orders arrive well package and very fast delivery. Its a thumbs up from me, would not shop anywhere else . Highly recommend Vape Simple

Good service and generally quick delivery.
Only reason i haven't done five stars is when sent delivery information and tracking, there is no tracking number.

I made a booboo having ordered the previous Sunday, by the following Friday still no parcel so phoned the store asking had they even sent it? I was informed I'd forgot to tick free postage so it was down as click & collect (silly me) so they sent it next day & Saturday it arrived... Can't fault Vape Simple for customer service over 6 odd years my supplier.
