Hi Elaine, thank you for your review. It's great to hear you are pleased with your Vanilla Pods. Unfortunately, there have been lots of Royal Mail strikes over the last 3 months. This has had an impact on the speed of parcels being delivered. We have a 2 pm cut-off for Royal Mail same-day dispatch and I believe your order came in after this time so it also wouldn't have been dispatched until the following day. Sorry for the longer delivery time than usual, we always do our best to dispatch same day wherever possible. We hope you have a lovely Christmas and enjoy using your Vanilla beans.
Great Service
My vanilla pods arrived quickly in secure packaging and were wrapped beautifully inside the packaging. They look great and I'm very happy with my purchase and experience with Vanillaetc. I can't wait to gift them this Christmas!

Prompt delivery of a really nice product. The pods are very aromatic. I used them to make old fashioned vanilla ice cream. The result is yum!

There were problems with the delivery of my item by the courier, who said they had missed deliveries twice but had not attempted at my address once. Having spoken to Graham and explaining this, he was extremely helpful and made arrangement for my delivery again, and this time it worked. Thank you Graham.

The order process was seamless. Order received in a vacuum sealed pack, and the pods were very pliable as expected. The smell is amazing! I used some to make vanilla extract and the rest I will be baking with over the Christmas holidays. Best place to buy your Madagascar premium vanilla pods.
