I have been given multiple different time slots on different dates, yet nobody ever bothers to contact me. They don’t call to arrange the van collection, and they can’t even be bothered to ring and let me know when they are actually coming.When you try to sort it out and ring their customer services, they are absolutely useless. Save yourself the headache and use a company that actually knows how to communicate.

Got a quote over the phone and excepted then got a call off a John who gave a a day and time he would be with me, John was very polite and made the process effortless he is a credit to your company

They gave us a quote and a time and date to collect our vehicle. The price was fair and they kept us updated at every point. John who collected the vehicle was very friendly, patient and helpful.

Offer was a bit less than on the phone despite the correct info being given. John was very professional and explained why. Over all a good service

Easy to deal with on the phone and John that came out to site was great. All round good experiance.

Sold the vehicle as scrap. Sent off paperwork to DVLA. DVLA claim not to have recieved the paperwork. Vandervan did not register the vehicle amd sold it on. Those owners did not register the vehicle and now I am facing court and fines through no fault of my own. They verbally agree they took the vehicle but will not put anything in writing. Currently getting legal advise. Vehicle sold as scrap but was sold on and they did not adhere to DVLA requirements leaving me in a costly and legally difficult situation.

Low ball offers.

Expecting to o get between £4.5-£5k offered low ball of £3k

When they phoned me the guy on the end of the phone was unprofessional and just hung the phone up on me.

I waited in all afternoon for my appointment and they never showed up and didn’t have the decency to call. I’m not sure who is writing their positive reviews but it’s definitely a very unprofessional outfit…

There was an initial change in date for viewing so not a great start. However, when John arrived a couple of days later he showed true professionalism and explained everything clearly. The checks were done simply and funds exchanged with no fuss. The transfer was completed on line easily with the DVLA and proof provided. So the process from start to finish was seamless. A great service. Still waiting for the vehicle to be collected but the deed is done.

Great service. John was very knowledgeable and despite the power steering not working- which explained the oily patch on the drive- proceeded with buying with a revised, but still fair offer. I felt we had left our camper in good hands

Just had a message about my van from these guys who claim to collect uk wide to be told Aberdeen is to far. Cmon guys you need to sharpen up with the info you expect people to believe. Now been sent a ridiculous offer from guys who don’t come this far cowboys /chancers trying to pull the wool. Nice try guys

Vanervan are an amazing company and pay a very fair price. Quick responce from them.
Mr John Muldoon was an absolutely lovely gentleman and very proffesional and excellant at his job. Would highly recommend using them again.

Wasn’t sure at first expected to be like the others but they honoured their quote quick efficient transaction and John the inspector was very friendly and professional, definitely recommend from my experience far better than the the obvious alternative options

Couldn’t have been more simpler. Kevin the assessor that came out was brilliant. He found a couple of faults that knocked the price down a bit but genuinely pleased with the offer. Highly recommended company.

Made an offer and said they were picking it up on Thursday. Cancelled plans so we would be around. Contacted them to find out what time. Nobody answers the phone. Received a text message saying "sorry we missed your call". Phoned back and eventually someone answered and said they were no longer interested in the van. They had no intention of letting us know they weren't coming to pick it up. No apologies! Professional, NOT. Disgusted!!
