They will not collect van when stated. We got told Thursday 27th of August. Unfortunately for us this wasn't the case and they came 5 days later. Blocking us access to our garage. Customer service dropped massively once we sold the van. It was a non runner they took the keys which was meant to be collection day and didn't return until 5 days later! Leaving us very much inconvenienced. I couldn't access my garage for work which meant I lost income! We would of never put the van on the drive if they was just honest about collection. We was even told on the Saturday it was being collected and this meant I couldn't park on my driveway for 5 days in case they arrived to collect the van. Absolutely unprofessional.

I dealt with cam on friday when selling my vw camper what a wonderful gentleman would recommend the company when it comes to selling your pride and joy, will deffo be using in the future.

I contacted Vandervan over the phone, they gave me a fair price and stuck to it without any quibble. John came to my house the next day and went over the van, He was very polite and professional. He stayed until the payment went through. I would have no hesitation recommending this company for a quick no hassle sale.

No phone call to tell me.
Drove to them for two and half hours.
No deal as was only offered less than half.
Thought I didn't know about motors and was talking nonsense.
Not a good experience at all for me.

Waited in for the arrival time that was agreed received a call 5 minuets before the end time to be told driver had broken down re booked for following day time came and went called to be told driver is running late but assured I’m on the list hour went by so called again to be told even after the confirmation text of time and date that it’s not booked for today it’s tomorrow. Don’t waste your time with this incompetent company
