I ordered parts for my car from them, which didn't fit me. I returned them, paid for shipping, but they never gave me the money for the goods. No one answers emails, the worst company!!!!

Already had the roof bars but had changed my van so had to buy new brackets to suit, came very quick.
A bit pricey but at the end of day saved me buying a whole new rack.

Placed an order for a pipe carrier
Placed an order for a pipe carrier, there were no actual dimensions of the of the product on the website. I called to find the information and there was no answer when I tried to call them. I place the order based on the capacity as there was no other information. The item arrived the following day, way too small. Requested a return and they told be me I would be to pay a restocking and returns fee of £41.00. They customer service guy said "You bought the incorrect item, sell it second hand, suck it up and deal with it." Then slammed the phone done. Will not be ordering again.

Excellent product
Unfortunately, our order didn't go through, so we had to chase it up, hence only 4 stars. On speaking to the company they were extremely apologetic and helpful and we had our order within 24hours. So well done and thank you for your efficiency.
