I ordered parts for my car from them, which didn't fit me. I returned them, paid for shipping, but they never gave me the money for the goods. No one answers emails, the worst company!!!!

Got the racking delivered in a few days from order.
when I opened the parcels one of the shelves was a bit bent in the corner but was easy to knock back in place.
The only issue i have is with the dropdown door, the metal pins holding the door in place should be longer so the door doesn't fall off ever time you open it as its very annoying, i will have to fashion something to fix it.

Excellent Online Shopping Experience …
Excellent Online Shop that’s easily navigated and provides detailed information. The purchase and payment was easily done. The delivery was quick and smooth and the goods well packaged. My Van Roof Bars and Roll Bar are very good quality and the fitting instructions were brilliant.
All in all a great customer experience and would definitely recommend the service.
