Be carefull. Not the official website. Pure scam company.

The service isn’t cheap, but my biggest concern was getting in touch with them—and that turned out to be no problem at all. They replied almost immediately and were always very kind and helpful during our email exchanges. We managed to reach a satisfying resolution in the end. One less star for the price, but overall I’m happy with the experience. Also all the information is easy and fast to fill in. Applied yesterday so still waiting to see if I get my ESTA.

It is not the original US goverment portal, they are fraudulent and charge you 300% more of the original price.

An absolute scam …. Will use details to try and scam money out you for booking you have made

Dovevo fare l'Esta e mi sembrava un sito governativo,invece mi sono trovato in un sito che per due moduli ESTA mi hanno fatto pagare 179 $ cadauno. Totale 358$

Mi sono recato sul sito,nella parte "politica del rimborso", praticamente dopo aver letto attentamente,l'unica cosa che offrono è un buono per il prossimo acquisto per i loro onerosi servizi.

It’s a total SCAM! The price is 4,4 times higher than it is via the official channel. You are left behind with an ESTA with mistakes in it and the so called customer service starts to offer a discount after you complain. I filed a complaint with FTC and ECC Europe, let’s hope this website gets closed due to fraude. And I sincerely hope I will get my money back, since I had to fill in a new application for an ESTA and pay once more. Avoid this webite at all cost!

You pay wayyyyyy too much for this service but the flipside I got it approved within a couple of hours. I checked on the real ESTA website and the ESTA received is legitimate. I just paid $200 too much. So make sure on official govt website!

Scam! Paid $170 USD for them to submit my application which I could’ve done through the government website for $20 USD. Unfortunately this site popped up as recommended when I searched for the government website. Do not use!

First thing first: I got my ESTA. However their SEM strategy place them first on Google and they are just an intermediary that charges you x3 for the exact same thing you can do yourself on the official ESTA website.
You end up paying a lot unknowingly that this is not the official site (damn .org domain..)

Should be 0 stars. 100% scammersI have also been scammed by this website. Never got an ESTA, took my money and no return. They have my passport, details everything! BE SUPER CAREFUL AND CALL THE POLICE.

Tout sur ce site est fait pour vous induire en erreur. Le prix est exorbitant, mais je n’ai pas réalisé tout de suite car je pensais que c’était une forme de « dépôt » de garantie. Ensuite j’ai demandé le remboursement de la différence (135$) je n’ai pas encore eu une réponse. Ils s’emparent de toutes les données sans aucune garantie pour le consommateur. Il faut signaler ce site aux autorités et j’attends la suite pour décider si je porterai plainte

Watch out!!! You pay far too much with this website for your esta request. It is totally not clear wat the costs are if you are on this website via google and start the process to request the esta. The cost for an esta this website finally charged on my creditcard is $178,-
Never go on this website because they charge an insane price…
How can we solve this problem now?
And if you send an esta is this an official one?

I first was a little afraid when I realised that I paid much more then with the official Site. First thought I would never get my ESTA or al false one. But finally it was ok. I received the ESTA on the next day and it was the official one. So I can say that it was very expensive but fast.

Complete scam. Do NOT use. I'm upset that I fell for it! No support to talk to. I have put in for a cancellation with them. I have advised them that if they don't cancel I will do a chargeback on my card. You might want to try this too.
Update: after lots of emails with them making offers of a partial refund I got a full refund (although it came in 2 halves and I had to keep pushing). A chargeback is not what they want as it will cost them in a fee and reputation. So if you’ve fallen for it don’t give up and if all else fails do the chargeback.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE

They website is made to look like the official US government website. In small font letter and low contrast colour they say "Fast-Track eVisa Services. Not a Government Website" so it is hard to see. The questions are the same as in the official US government website.

I completed all the information for someone else and paid the $179 USD. I didn't realize this was close to four times the real value of the ESTA.

At least, I received the ESTA when I checked in the official US government with the application number, but they now have all the personal information, passport, address, etc, and the 139 USD, they earned doing absolutely nothing, for sure they are using a machine to input all the information in the US official website.

I tried to submit a refund, but because they provided the service, for sure is not going to work. What seems sketchy is that the as for an "order number" in the confirmation email, and there is no such order number.

I cancelled the credit card used, as they don't give me any confidence that it will not end for future scams.

It seems you can request to delete all your personal information, so I will try that, hopefully it works.

I hope this post will help people to only use the official US government website and prevent google to post it as first result when searching for "ESTA application".

State attenti, il sito è una truffa bella e buona. Purtroppo ci sono cascato fino al momento del pagamento e ora hanno una marea di miei dati sensibili. Il sito è veramente molto simile a quello del governo americano e quando si cerca su Google l'ESTA questo è uno dei primi risultati. Al posto che farti pagare i 30/40 dollari governativi te ne chiede ben 170. State attenti con sti truffatori miraccomando

How can Google list this scam website at all, let alone at the top?
If you're reading this you probably already know that it's a scam - now they have so much personal data as well as my $179 Agh!
