Not what I expected - in a good way!
Skeptical at first about using a third party, but the expert review caught an error I would've definitely made on my own. Processing was lightning fast and communication excellent throughout.

Quick but expensive
The service was very quick and support was immediatelly available. The final documentation arrived within 24 hours. But the price was displayed in the end when you loose all entered data if not continuing. The price was more than 4(!) times the regular price at the official website. I thought I was on the official site until the very end.

Addebito di 143,99 euro (169 dollari)
Purtroppo la mia esperienza non è stata positiva. Al momento dell’acquisto mi è stato addebitato un importo di 143,99 €, senza che fosse chiaramente specificato che non si trattasse del solo costo governativo.
L’unica nota positiva è l’assistenza clienti: rispondono rapidamente online e sono stati efficienti nel gestire la richiesta di rimborso, addebitandomi poi solo il costo governativo corretto.
Tuttavia, se non ci si accorge subito dell’addebito e il pagamento viene contabilizzato dalla banca, recuperare i soldi diventa molto più complicato. Consiglio quindi di prestare massima attenzione prima di procedere al pagamento.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. At no point was a price given to us until my husband’s card details went through and it charged him a ridiculous amount of money. Turns out this is not the official website to go through. And they are charging for their “help” when all they actually do is make you go through all your passport details and everything that the official site would and then they triple the price - so what are they charging for?! now we are trying to cancel and get our money back. Luckily I stopped mine just in time. This is a scam, do not use.
