Great experience
Great experience, emailed regards to a return I needed to do and had a phone call almost immediately from a member of staff to explain the best way to get a new pair of replacement shoes asap. Refund issued quickly once shoes sent back and to top it off, excellent price for the climbing shoes I bought.
