Rose is responsible for our unit that is let out and managed by Urban Bubble. I could feel the energy and positive vibes emanating from her even though we are corresponding via email. She is friendly, super responsive and projects a very professional image of both herself and the company.

Carl has fixed a couple of issues in our flat now. He is always friendly, fix’s the issue and leave where he has been working very tidy.

Really positive experience with the Urban Bubble team. Alessandra, Johanne, and Dora all played a part in securing my property quickly and even negotiated my rent down from £1,150 to £1,085. Communication throughout was great, and Dora came in on a Saturday for my move-in day & when I ran into an issue out of hours, the team picked up and sorted it. I have to say this is the fastest we have ever made the holding deposit to rent a property. Both me and my partner asked a lot of questions and had some trouble uploading the documents but Alessandra guided us by patiently answering all of our questions and finding out about the documents that we could upload to finish the process. Avoid at all costs. They tell you they are getting quotes on jobs that need doing but they never get done, yet they still charge us for something. A couple of apartments have damp and they aren’t doing nothing about it even though it states it causing health problems. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID
