Urban Sale & Let  Omdömen

All the online agents advertise on all the main sites. Urban.co.uk is no different here. However, where they excel is with personal service. You can phone and speak to a person every time. The staff are always very helpful, polite and efficient. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent experience. I found a tenant very quickly and Urban were there to help the process. I will use them again and keep away from the expensive high street agents

I’ve been using Urban to advertise rental for the past four years. They are always a pleasure to work with. The service is professional and timely, and the charge is honest and fair. Wouldn’t want to go back to deal with some of the high street agencies who would offer a higher rental price to get your business and only to mark it down afterwards.

Urban are very professional and get the job done

Daniel and the team at urban have always been very helpful. Daniel is always a great support with his wide knowledge and great attitude.
Thanks Daniel for always being so helpful.

My first use of this particular agency and when had small difficulties with placement of advert help was at hand to guide me to a satisfactory conclusion

I've been using this service for years. Very helpful and professional for landlords who are self motivated and confident managing tenants themselves. Everyone finds properties on Rightmove these days, so the value of the traditional third party property agency is diminished. This is the way forward in my opinion.

urban were easy to use and very helpful! They advertised my property for me and also supported with the referencing process for a low cost! Would highly recommend

Very easy to use, As a landlord for the last 5 years i have always used agents to rent my property's but will never go back after how easy Urban have made it. Not to mention is a fraction of the price. I will definitely be a return customer

I was very impressed with the intelligent and quick response's to my questions whilst talking with Jordon.

I am very pleased he contacted me and took the time to go over Urban program and discussion for information and qualifications with Emoov for future sale of property .

I am seriously considering working with Urban for my next vacant flat whilst I am reviewing when and how best to sell my property

Got fantastic tenants. Staff responsive, helpful and easy to deal with.

I would definitely recommend using urban.co.uk
Very easy to get through to staff who are all very friendly and helpful.
Extremely good value for money
Exceptional service
A really great experience
Thank you urban for making everything so easy and stress-free

So easy and efficient to use, it suits me perfectly and allows me to both market my property and carry out viewings extremely quickly. Will definitely continue to use.

Prompt customer adviser support to back up being able to post online

They marketed my property promptly, fed changes to the advert through to the web sites, and provided help and advice when I needed it.
Recommended.

Very good web site, clear and easy to understand. Good communications with prospective tenant enquiries. reasonably priced.

I let 3 properties with urban, and would definitely recommend this company for anyone who simply wants the tenants, but is willing to carry out the viewing's and paperwork etc...

I would like to suggest though, an option for urban to give to landlords to fill in a tenancy online. For example a base document such as an up to date ast, and then allowing the correct info to be filled in online, and then it can simply be printed and signed, or perhaps even better, signed electronically when the tenant gets an email to the document.

I for one would happily pay for this service, as it saves me time writing and printing scanning and asking the tenants to send the documents back etc...

In any case though, urban is a great letting service.

I was unsure who to use and how to market my rental properties which gave me the opportunity to add my personal touch and stay in control. Urban gave me all of this. I was able to upload my own descriptions and photos, yet ask for extra services and help if needed and availability and the standard of support was excellent.
Both my properties were let within a month. I call that good!

Great customer service, efficient, responsive and fairly priced. We found Urban to be really helpful and guided us through the process of letting a property for the first time. Would recommend them.
