There are not many businesses I can say this, UPVC Spare 4 Repairs is outstanding. We had a problem with our front door and I sent an enquiry of and within hours on a Sunday I had a replay from Allan, with a few images Allan identified the mechanism for door spot on. Fits brilliantly so really pleased.

I would highly recommend this business either as a private sale or trade you won't go wrong and a pleasure to have found them. So a big thankyou to Allan and all the staff at UPVC Spare 4 Repairs.

Good website with clear information to find the parts you require, when it can be a minefield for the amateur. Very fast delivery and well packaged item.

After searching the Internet for an old style door handle replacement without much succes finally found the one I needed from this company. They were very helpful and the part was delivered free within 2 days..can't thank them enough.will definitely use them again when needed...

I had a very old locking mechanism for a upvc window. I sent pictures, the guys gave me spot-on advice on their generic kit to use as replacement, videos on-line on how to fit it & what to watch out for when measuring. Very fast delivery via DHL.

Needed a Rail Window Lock (MACO GR4 800) to replace a broken one and found one in stock here. About the only place that came up with one on my browser. Not used this company before so naturally apprehensive ordering online. Website gave detailed spec. and dimensions so was fairly confident I'd found the right part. Ordered before midday on Wednesday opting for free delivery and DHL delivered it at 1:30 pm Thursday. Fitted window perfectly and all done in 10 mins. There was no need for me to have felt apprehensive. Exceeded my expectations so have to give 5 stars for a seamless process and speedy (free) delivery. Thanks.

What fantastic service. Having spent many hours searching for the particular gear box, I eventually contacted this company sending a photo of the door edge and asking if they had this one in stock. Within minutes I received a reply from Allan, who sent a link, pics and advice on a couple of measurements before I ordered. Perfection, so ordered it which arrived the next day and fitted. Just as a precaution, in case I needed the rest of the multi point locking assembly, I asked Allan if he could let me know which one it is, again within minutes received the reply. After spending three hours trying to hunt down a replacement door handle for my Upvc door from the popular diy retailers with no luck I found these guys on a google search. I found the item pretty quickly and paid for express delivery, the item is delivered and installed within 24 hours. This is great service and gets me out of a jam! Speed is everything when you have no other option, thank you.

Had to find a replacement gearbox for an obsolete unit which had failed. Contacted Spares 4 Repairs by email on their site. Replied within 1/2 hour, suggested a suitable replacement and described how I would have to make a couple of minor hack saw cuts to make things work. Delivery of parts on the button and all as they described. Done job. Use them they are excellent.

The availability of technical drawings alone were enough to make me choose this company as it gave me a high level of confidence that I was ordering the correct item. Then when the item arrived the way it was packaged just showed that they have a keen understanding of the importance that the item arrived undamaged.

I purchased a Mila Evolution MK2 Flag Upvc Door Hinge
I had 2 different companies out to look at my hinge that had failed on my conservatory, both said I'd need a new door because I wouldn't be able get a hinge that was suitable due to the shape.

After much searching online I come across this site and it looked identical, good measurements and Instructions on the site gave me hope so I thought I'd order.
I think! It was delivered two days later, well packaged and very good quality.

Replaced my old hinge myself (have that local companies!) And the new hinge feels much sturdier than my old one.

Saw the company has an Amazon store too so you can get products from their site or Amazon, always useful.

Have bookmarked the site incase I require anything else down the line, definitely recommend.

Used the gardinia window mechanism to replace coldseal talon units very easy to change delivery was excellent can recommend this company and this product

Needed a handle to temporarily repair a window with a broken espag. Arrived quickly, fitted perfectly in seconds.

Reading the review above, I'll be in touch to get a replacement for the oddball gearbox and espag that I can't find anywhere!

I emailed them for some advice on hinge covers and received a comprehensive reply from Allan first thing the next morning.
Unfortunately the part I need is obsolete but Allan suggested a workaround that was very helpful.
This level of customer service is rare these days especially when there was nothing in it for the company.
If I ever need any parts in future then Upvcspares will be my go to choice.

Dreadful company - tread carefully. Sent a handle with the wrong caps, then tried to accuse me of switching them with an old handle (which was broekn so they're no use!). No refund, and wouldn't even send a pair of replacement caps for a few pence. All this for a £7 item where the goodwill would be worth more than £7. Best avoided.
