Hello Kevin, thanks for sharing with us how our Southcoates store did! Its brilliant to hear that they could provide you with a quick and efficient service in store and on the fitting side, we hope to assist you again in the future take care!
The initial visit went well.
The initial visit went well and we arranged for a measurement visit and paid a deposit. We were told it could be obtained and fitted within 10 to 14 days but it was 5 weeks before the carpet was fitted, the week before Christmas causing us to make alternative arrangements. The fitters didn’t clear up after fitting leaving us elderly people to clear up.We are currently disappointed with the carpet as it is leaving footprints all over. We have been told that the fibres will settle down within a couple of months but that remains to be seen.
