Sound honest advice, really helpful at every stage. Staff had a great sense of humour and made the experience a lot of fun. Very pleased with fitted carpets, great quality and will definitely be going back for other flooring as we progress through this house which is quite a project 😊🤣👍

Excellent service, from measurements and type of carpet to the phone call to say carpet ready and waiting to be delivered and fitted. Can’t fault them, 3rd time of using always no hassle and great to deal with.

Had a fantastic experience from start to finish so pleased with my new stairs carpet the fitters were quick and efficient and did a fab job and Rayanne was a pleasure to deal with! I will defo be back in the future! Thank you!

The carpet and salesman pleased with and the quality. Fitting , there was some old gripper left which came out into the room where it fitted round a wardrobe no longer there so now when I walk round my bed I feel it under my feet. I should have complained at the time but they stuck the carpet down with a spray glue which they managed to get on my white divan bed and newly painted radiator.

We've used United Carpets Southport 5/ 6 times now and always found them to be really helpful/ friendly/ honest when choosing carpets.
Especially Norman and Chris.
We recently had carpets fitted in HSL and lounge by Michael and Ben who were absolutely brilliant.
So respectful and bagged all the leftover carpet/ underlay
We asked if we could have them back to fit bedroom carpet and was overwhelmed to find they had gone above and beyond and put our bed and mattress back in the room for us..
Will be back when need more carpet.
