If I could give no stars I would. Rented near south Hampton. Charge after charge when renting as well as form after form to fill in. Customer service absolute rubbish. Still getting texts but will never ever use this company again. To top it all had 2500 pound deposit off us and have never received it back. Total Scam artists. Also known as Motor Holmes. Do not use this company they will rip you off. Currently recovering my money through my credit card company.

Unbeatable is true, you could not find any other company that was as indifferent and irresponsible to their customers as these guys. I have recently reviewed these comments, and how strange...they have all changed! It could be that it was under the title motor home hire. Check that out, it's the same company. Remarkable considering there are dozens of people still waiting for their deposits back. I would say one word of warning to anyone wanting to use this company. Run.And the advert that is attached to the bottom of this. Think very carefully...is this the correct action of a company...to use an unhappy customers review to then attach an advert. They have not addressed my issues. Think carefully.

Motorhome was well used, cupboard doors hanging off hinges, toilet cassette flap broken a few scrapes and bashes here and there on the van etc. We had paid £50 extra to take our dog so we assumed that was why we got an old van. Biggest problem is getting our deposit back, we returned the van with no extra damage so are entitled to our full deposit back, which Unbeatable Hire have agreed, trouble is they don't tell you that you have to go back onto your reservation dashboard to click a button to say that you want it back. Tried using their live chat to find out where my deposit was, couldn't get through. Eventually found the button myself about 6 weeks after the rental ended, clicked it and got a message saying my deposit would be returned within 28 days. Six weeks later still no deposit, just found another button on the reservation dashboard saying pay now which has just informed me that my deposit will be returned within 4 days. These people are obviously at it, making it complicated to get your deposit back so that they can hold the money and gain interest for as long as possible. The deposit should be an automatic refund, you should not have to ask for it and they should make their policy clear.

Google UnbeatableHire Ltd which is there company and look at the string of complaints! I’d like to rate 0! Please do not hire from this Company. They advertise cheap rates but are topped up with add-ons other companies automatically include, they are not value for money! Also expect lots of payments taken off your deposit! I’m still waiting for my deposit, I’ve been told it’s been sent twice, get conflicting information every time you message!

Online booking is fine. Used the chat feature and got an answer straight away. They offered me a discounted premium upgrade which included the dog surcharge that I needed anyway at less than it would have cost on its own. Happy with the overall price. Booked well in advance, so not actually been yet.

With this company you get incredible deals. The motor homes are a good quality. Do take the unlimited mileage option. My wife and I used one for a cheap getaway tour up to Scotland and back. We plan on another tour next year.

my thoughts honestly?
Well priced during special offers off season etc.
Booking system experience not great on mobile.
Phone rarely answered and customer service chat service strangely not open on a Saturday (which is a day that you may pick up and return.)
No real complaints on the van. A help sheet in the van would have been useful however as a lot to take in during handover.
Collection team in Glasgow friendly however no option to return van early in a emergency as Sunday not an option and no alternative given.
If you can live with the above ..nice van ...and all paperwork taken care of online which is kind of cool.

All hires rates are fully inclusive of mileage, insurance and depending on your travel, EU cover - if you’d like a quote at any time, please visit our website.
All quotes are sent via SMS to ensure that you have the rates in writing and there is a link in the quote to call, text or visit the website. Quotes are valid for up to 14 days and are subject to availability.
Car parking is available at all our depots, though the spaces are limited and must be reserved in advance. You are recommended to pre-book your parking space and get a 40% discount off the usual parking rate. All cars are parked at owners risk.
Please note that fuel and gas are not included unless specified in our hire quotation and must be pre-ordered before the hire starts.
We do not rent bedding, towels or personal hygiene products. We are happy to order and you can purchase these items to be delivered to the motorhome prior to the hire.
