Thorough and professional
Emerson was thorough and professional. Listened to my concerns, examined my sore shoulder and talked me through the ultrasound and what was being seen.
He explained the injection process and that results could not be guaranteed, but that it may well help.

Excellent service
Luke was great! Professional, friendly and very knowledgeable! Fingers crossed injection gives desired results but still early days!
Only criticism which I know is out of Complete Health’s control but no signage outside /where park to know arrived in the correct location!

Excellent and sympathetic treatment
I received a guided cortisone injection to my foot. Luke , the praticioner, took time to review my circumstances and after an initial ultrasound scan immediately identified the issue and carried out the procedure. The whole process was efficiently carried out while Luke demonstrated a sympathetic approach

Great to be pain free
Was able to book an appointment very quickly at the Lime Street clinic. Staff friendly and welcoming. Chris was extremely thorough, explained the ultrasound and steroid injection, all done quickly and efficiently.
It’s great to be able to walk again pain free, thank you.

Pain won't wait....
Couldn't bear to wait 20+ weeks for local NHS hospital pain team to help as needed to be back at work. Seen within a week. Injection has certainly helped.
