The customer service was appalling
The customer service was appalling, no trace of concern when reporting my keys had not been delivered, and the associated picture from the DPD Courier was not even of my home. I had to call twice as the first time they cut me off.
An eventual call back, but by that time it was too late for the driver to make the correct delivery, I had waited in all day as they are security keys, no compensation was offered for such a bad service.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for the frustration caused by the delivery issue, particularly after you had waited in for your keys to arrive.
When you contacted us, we raised the issue with DPD immediately. They confirmed that the delivery had been attempted incorrectly but that the parcel was still with them and was due to be delivered the following day. We then contacted you with this update.
We’re also sorry to hear that your first call was disconnected and appreciate that this added to an already frustrating experience.
While the delivery itself was handled by DPD, we appreciate the inconvenience this caused and hope your keys have now arrived safely.

The lock came with a new door
The lock came with a new door and frame as part of a "secure by design" package. My only connection with Ultion was to register the keys for their guarantee. I had no problems with that.

Head office hung up on me
Head office hung up on me when I was on with a query- maybe we were just cut off but they didn’t even try call me back!! Very poor customer service and extortionate prices

The conversation had reached the point where our team had confirmed that your concerns around pricing would be raised with a manager. Following this, there appears to have been some misunderstanding around the call ending, and we apologise for the impression this gave.
Quality of lock and the handle is very strong
Quality of lock and the handle is very robust and strong compare to my old one, I would recommend to any one replacing or fit on new door for strong security.

Impeccable and professional service!
Excellent Service. Our new composite front door fitted with an Ultion high security lock, developed a fault whereby the key was stuck in the lock. As the lock was under guarantee I contacted the company who responded immediately with a link, allowing me to upload images and video of the lock and keys insitu. This was very easy to complete and within a couple of hours I received an email back confirming Ultion would send a new lock and keys, which I received the very next day!
This was definitely one of the very best examples of customer service I have ever received and can wholeheartedly recommend this company without reservation. 10/10!

Ultion Lock company can’t be beaten for service and quality
Ultion Lock company is amazing, I spoke to a lovely lady called Pippa (based in the UK) and after giving her my key reference numbers the order was placed and shipped to my home address within two days. Ultion Keys are unique and you can have a tracker and a light fitted for a very reasonable price. I felt comfortable speaking to Pippa and she had an in depth knowledge of her company and the quality product. Customer service satisfaction five stars and I will always use them in the future ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Update:- The keys arrived the next day by DPD and they were colour coded which was a nice touch 👍
