The lock is exactly what we were looking for, at a good price & expertly fitted

The locks on my new French door are Ultion which gives me peace of mind knowing I have an excellent quality lock on the doors. I have other locks from this company and will continue to purchase them as necessary. Ultion also remind you when to lubricant the locks by email ensuring they continue to operate correctly, using the recommended lock lubricant.

had 2 new doors fitted by Leamore Windows the locks and handles are very good quality and look very secure the fitters Joe and Gaz were excellent.

Really pleased with the lock and I like that I can change my existing locks and have just one sweet key to open them all.

Took too long to have my lock replaced, after less than two years of having a new composite door fitted to my home with an ultion lock in situ. And then it took four days of several phone calls to sort out and have delivered two additional keys to replace the additional keys that I originally bought at the time of the composite door being fitted. This was in part due to speak to several people rather than just dealing with the one AND then having to go through your phone selection numbers to get to the right team

An improvement on the lock which was in my previous patio doors which when broken could not be replaced

2 x front door Ultion keys ordered via Lock Fitter Ltd as NHS staff get discount. Email received from Ultion who asked me to grant permission for Lock Fitter Ltd to action my request which I granted by email. Keys delivered by DPD 48 hours after request was done on a Sunday. Tested keys and they work.Excellent customer service provided by Ultion, Lock Fitter Ltd and DPD.

Shambolic re-ordering process. Company failed to send verification email so keys were delayed, then tried to cover it up with an email days later. Complacent customer service, who knows when I will get my money back.

The customer service was appalling, no trace of concern when reporting my keys had not been delivered, and the associated picture from the DPD Courier was not even of my home. I had to call twice as the first time they cut me off.
An eventual call back, but by that time it was too late for the driver to make the correct delivery, I had waited in all day as they are security keys, no compensation was offered for such a bad service.
