All Round Excellent
I got my purchase for my Son who is in the Army, and he absolutely loves the product I got him. Strong, durable and just right for his needs. I was very fortunate to have been given a code to reduce the actual price, which was great and unexpected. The website was very easy to use and the product I bought arrived very quickly. Received Bristol Parka but..
Received Bristol Parka but it was delivered to my neighbour. Instruction from DPD was confusing as it asked where do want the item delivered, if you are not in. So, I stated 'my neighbour'. But instead of seeing if I was in or not [and I had ensured I was home as I had paid a lot extra for a Saturday delivery] they delivered straight to my neighbour. So then I had to go and pick it up. I think there is either something wrong with their system or the driver had not followed the requested instructions. The Bristol Parka is amazing however!
