Quick delivery, good communication, decent quality lights at a good price. Recommended.

Looking through Christmas World I saw old Victorian style colourful small lamps.Must have these. Purchased set with 80 lamps which were delivered in time stated. What a great cosy/comfort feeling they give when switched on. Very pleased.

We ordered a masssive blow up stable with reindeers peeping out, a father Christmas and a Christmas tree both of which are attached to the stable! We blew it up to check it was in good working order and it was. It is very big around 6ft 3in tall and 8ft wide! It will make quite a statement in our front garden at Christmas time! We bought this product because it had been reduced and for us represented good value for money. We were not disappointed. The product arrived very quickly and was well packaged. Thank you Christmas World. Just a point of note. We do not usually like blow up decorations. However this won us over. So pleased we ordered this product.

Found UK Christmas world by chance when I was trying to find a specific set of lights. Delighted to say I found them on this website, they were easy to order and delivered within a few days. So pleased with the lights, as it has saved me from purchasing a new tree which would have cost hundreds. Thank you for the fantastic service!!

Bought XP connectables last year - end October - switched them on this year - November and 4 strings don’t work - can’t order replacements, no longer on the site, can’t ring them, they don’t take customer service phone calls (how dodgy that) - avoid this business at all cost!

Long delivery time. When I finally put the Victorian Lantern lights on the tree today they were really bad quality, cheap plastic tinny and very dim even though they are mains lights.

Absolutely appaling service!!
Almost 8 weeks later, endless email trails, I am still misisng part of a large order and they cannot grasp the number of items received damaged that need replacement. I've asked for the matter to be escalated and it's being ignored as well. At this point I am doubtful I'll ever get all items before Christmas!

totally disgusted with this company stay well clear they took my money but said they cant find my order as i had to ring them to get confirmation as i didnt receive the confirmation so bloody cross

Originally gave a 2-star rating for the reasons below, but upping to a 4-star due to the company addressing these issues, plus an additional one from a missing item, through attentive customer service.

Christmas World had all the lights I wanted in stock. I put hundreds of £ worth in my basket. They had a 10% discount code on their own website for first time buyers. It didn’t work. Their FAQs suggested I use their chat facility and if it wasn’t available to email or call them. Their chat facility has not been available for the last 2 weeks, but there is an enquiry form. I filled it in and waited. I filled another one in a few days later and waited. Still waiting despite website saying typical response time is less than 24 hours. So I tried their email address. It bounced back as undeliverable. So went to try calling, but no number on the site despite their suggestion to call. Still hundreds of £ of order in my basket. About to buy from somewhere else. The lights product range is good. The customer service, and website operation is poor. Shame.

I’m giving a 2/5 review due to their rubbish returns procedure, the item I purchased, a candle bridge, only lit up half the time. They initially asked me for a photo OR video of the candle bridge not working, so I sent them a photo of the candle bridge not lit up when the switch was flicked one way and another one, also not lighting up, when the switch as flicked the other way. Alas - the photos were not enough, they then requested a video including the mains switch to the wall, the switch on the cable being turned on and off and the actual bridge all in one shot, to actually prove their defective product was not working. I thought requesting photos OR video footage of the malfunction initially was quite a big ask of a customer, I feel that they should have accepted my (the customers) statement about the faulty product and tested it themselves once it had been returned, rather then needing proof before issuing a return postage label. But to then say that the photos (which they had initially given me the option of sending them, to initiate the return) were not enough and that they needed further proof was really poor customer service. I am able bodied and able minded, but if I had been older, and less capable with technology, or simply less able to use technology, this would have been a problem. Quite disappointing customer service from a fairly large company.

Pre-ordered Cluster lights from them for September delivery, within 5 minutes of ordering, my wife told me they were the wrong colour, replied to confirmation email requesting cancelling order, with no response, sent second email two days late, no response, it has now been two weeks without response, personally feel this is unacceptable, if they are selling a product, even on pre-order, they should have someone monitoring emails, to deal with issues.

I've bought from this company quite a few times, and have always been very pleased with my purchases. Their products are always top notch 5 stars and reliable, their prices are very good, and delivery very quick. What more could you want. Thank you so much UK Christmas World
