Garage Door Springs
A fast delivery, ordered on Saturday evening and with me on the following Monday, the replacement springs arrived properly packaged, undamaged and were finished in a smart powder coated green finish. The springs were easy to fit and cope effortlessly with the single tilt garage door I fitted these to. I also consider the price is good value in light of the other options I considered.

After discovering that I had ordered the wrong part, 1 phone call to customer services had it all sorted with the new parts for my fan delivered and fitted 2 days later.
Would highly recommend to anyone needing spare parts.

Delivery charge rip-off.
Service was fine. Delivery prompt.
Delivery charge was a rip-off. Got my local Pist Office to quote to send it back and the price would have been £2.20.
UK Spares charges me £12.99 plus £1.50. That about half the price of the original order I placed. . If I could have sourced this order elsewhere I would of because of the delivery charge.
I felt ripped off.!!!!

Excellent service
Excellent service/delivery however the product broke the first day and has had to be "bodged" as needed appliance and spent over £15 on a small plastic knob and as charity can't warrant further delay & costs.

Excellent Service
I ordered a part for a Xpelair fan that I was unable to source at my local shops, and UK Spares had them in stock. I was surprised at how quick I received the part as it had been ordered over a holiday weekend. Excellent service and the correct part as shown on their website.

Highly recommended
Great range of spares, only company that had what I needed. Easy
to navigate website, reasonable price, great communication. They supplied what I needed, quickly. Very pleased, water heater now up and running again after plastic tank sprang a leak!
