Its been three weeks and I’ve not received my order and customer service doesn’t reply to my emails. On their website it says 4-7 day shipping to my country. Tracking doesn’t work. Money has been pulled from my account. Sad, because I really like their clothes and was looking forward to receiving my item, but most likely got scammed..

Products are nice and of great quality but do not order to the UK, you will be hit with customs fees. Twojeys doesn’t tell you this on there website even tho they technically offer free shipping. Also their contact email doesn’t get answered, sent multiple emails with no response. If you want to buy, then buy in store

Tinha dado 1 estrela porque tive alguns problemas com uma jóia mas mudei a minha avaliação , já comprei algumas vezes aqui e desta vez o colar tinha defeito mas com ajuda do suporte ao cliente fiquei satisfeito com a oferta que me fizeram e daí mudar a minha experiência com a loja.

Excelente trato al cliente por parte de Gaurav. Ha sido muy amable en todo momento. Ha sido rápida en responder, agradable y resolutiva. He quedado muy satisfecho. Una experiencia muy recomendable gracias a Gaurav.

I ordered a ring from Twojeys. It arrived on time from Spain to the Netherlands. The design and quality are amazing. Unfortunately the ring was too big (even though I measured my finger according to their instructions).

Customer service didn’t respond quickly through e-mail and Instagram. But on the website I found a way to easily return the ring and get a smaller size without extra charge.

Since I love the designs from Twojeys and now I know my actual ring-size ai would buy here again. Thank you!

La rapidez de entrega del pedido lo compre online y llego en 24 horas

Realice una compra a Chile de 148 euros y me llego un correo de aduanas con un cobro a pagar de 130 euros. Lo que es casi, el valor de los productos que pedí, mas encima con publicidad engañosa ya que yo me decidí a comprar por su página web, debido a que sale claramente que el envío a Chile arriba de 100 euros es gratis. Solo con decir que yo solo necesitaba el anillo Knuckle, y por dicha publicidad agregue algo más para poder obtener mi envío "gratis".
De haber sabido, no hubiese realizado el pedido, es un cobro excesivo y no va de la mano con lo que ustedes promueven en su página. He realizado otras compras a España como Scuffers, y jamás se me ha cobrado aduanas, solo el valor de envío que no pasa de 30 euros.

Estoy altamente decepcionada y molesta, ya que tampoco responden los correos con alguna solución que es el único medio que tenemos la gente del resto del mundo para comunicarse con ellos. Y aparte, por lo he visto en varios comentarios la calidad es una basura, y cobran un costo altísimo, espero no se vayan a la ..... en un tiempo.

En fin una verdadera estafa, y se están forrando gracias a la clientela que ni saben dar solución.

Die Kette war schon nach dem ersten Mal tragen kaputt. Extrem überteuert und äußerst schlechte Qualität. Kann nur vom Kauf abraten. Enttäuschend.

I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS! I ordered a ring from them for almost a month ago and still didn’t get it. It should have been a present for my boyfriend but it did not arrive. Absolutely horrible experience. Customer support is useless and helpless, they refuse to give me a refund for the time I’ve lost while I was waiting for item to come. The only one answer from them was «package seems to be lost». They just could sent an another item instead, and afterwards resolve their problems with couriers. Or just get a refund to a customer in that case. There are many professional resolutions to situations like that, but they chose just to do nothing. Do not recommend at all! Avoid.

I still haven’t received my order after two weeks (#299256) and customer service is not getting back to me. DHL tracking is nonexistent. Livechat is not workingg either, I think it’s just an add-on to look goodt on the website.

Non-existent customer support, they have been releasing new collections and new products and yet they don’t reply to emails, my order hasn’t yet been shipped and it has been almost a month

I’ve recently bought their bracelet (deck bracelet), I’ve only had it for 2 weeks until it broke where one of the links came off, picking up the singular link, it reopened so easily which shocked me.

hice un pedido de un anillo el cual me llegó con unos pequeños daños, y le contacte a la marca y a la semana ya m habian devuelto el dinero, servicio de atencion al cliente mui atento y amable aunque pueden tardar un par de dias en responder.

they do NOT respond to emails. I sent back an exchange, got an email that they received my items, however they did not send me my items for the exchange. So basically is paid to receive NOTHING! Scammed!

Excellent service et excellente qualité de produits.
Toute la famille est cliente fidèle depuis 2022 dans les magasins et en ligne, autant pour les vêtements que les bijoux et autres accessoires. Longue Vie à Two Jeys et vivement les prochaines collab'(celle avec Zara était incroyable!).

Ordered two rings. Took ages to arrive and didn't fit but i wanted to exchange one of the two for a different size.
I followed all the instructions..
It has been weeks since i sent the package back, i have sent countless emails to "customer support" and there has been no reply.
It is a scam. 100%. do not use buy from these people.

I exchanged my order a month ago and still haven’t gotten my order. TERRIBLE customer service, they will straight up not respond to your emails and their “live chat” option is just there for design, it doesn’t do anything when you click on it.
