Worthless.
Great jewelry but their year guarantee is a worthless pile of crap. A part of my ring became unsoldered after six months - they claim that isn't a manufacturing issue and refused to fix or replace. No other ring I have ever owned has ever broken in this way - what else can it be? It's a weekend ring, worn when going out. Rings are meant to be worn. Never again from these people - stick to UK owned sellers where you have statutory rights.
Stay clear
Shocking they don’t answer emails , phone , customer service non-existent and fail to tell you that the items are coming from abroad when they have store in London and then charged £83 on top when delivered
Absolutely Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs
I ordered a ring from Twojeys two months ago as a birthday gift for my sister. The package never arrived. Instead, there’s a fake signature marked as proof of delivery – it’s not mine and clearly forged. I’ve explained this multiple times to customer service, and all they keep doing is asking me to “check my lobby.” After two months?!
There’s no accountability, no real help, and certainly no refund. I’ve been left with nothing – no ring, no money, and no support. At this point, it feels like a scam.
Save yourself the stress and disappointment. I would never recommend anyone to order anything from Twojeys.

Bought the famous hoodie in Madrid Spain. When I came back I saw a spot so when removing the colour of the sweater (grey) came of.
Sinds then I have send 2 mails to their customer service (hello at twojeys.com) but never even received a response (knowing I sent an email two months ago and another last month).

pretty good jewelry with customer service downsides
I've bought multiple rings/necklaces from TwoJeys and have been extremely pleased with the quality, durability, and design of the jewelry. Can't speak to anywhere outside the US/UK but I've had no issue shipping to both places. However, the customer service isn't the most helpful sometimes. I'd recommend knowing your ring/necklace size before ordering to avoid it.
If you're ordering to the UK be mindful of the shipping fees (£70 fee on a £295 order), which they don't tell you could occur. Otherwise no complaints.

Do not but from this brand. They dont respond to emails , they take a lot of time to ship items, and if you have any problem they either will take weeks to respond or they will just lie .
Entrega demorada, devolução atrasada, reembolso por emitir
Fiz uma encomenda em Novembro de 2024, e a mesma demorou mais de 1 mês a chegar. Como a mesma se tratava de um presente e demorou demasiado tempo a ser entregue, tive de a devolver. Solicitei a devolução da mesma no dia 9 de Janeiro. Após diversas tentativas de contacto, consegui que a devolução fosse aceite no dia 15 de Fevereiro (mais de 1 mês depois). Enviei-a mal pude, seguindo todas as indicações fornecidas. Até à data de hoje, ainda não fui reembolsado. A empresa recusa-se a assumir responsabilidade pelo ocorrido. Dizem estar em contacto com a entregadora, mas nada... Estou há meses sem o dinheiro. Mais de 400€ perdidos. Não recomendo, de todo.

I placed an order that took a full month to be shipped, which was already a bad start. When it finally arrived, I decided to return it. I sent the package back, but the return was never delivered.
I contacted customer support and was told they would look into the matter with the courier (UPS). After a long wait, they replied saying the package had been stopped by the authorities and that there was nothing they could do.
In the end, I was left without the product and without a refund, even though I followed the return process correctly. The brand took no responsibility and simply blamed third parties.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the experience with TwoJeys.

I returned 3 sweats to TwoJeys and followed all the instructions properly. However, I only received a refund for one of them. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times, but they still refuse to refund the money for the other two. Terrible customer service. Wouldn’t recommend.
La calidad es pésima para el precio que…
La calidad es pésima para el precio que tienen las piezas. Piezas de hombre: Un anillo, un collar y una pulsera me compré. El anillo se deterioró a los pocos meses a un nivel exagerado (supuestamente bañado en plata), la pulsera más de lo mismo, pero aún más rápido, y el collar se rompió el cierre además de una cadena de pésima calidad. He comprado en otras tiendas y genial, pero con TwoJeys nunca más.
No issues at all
I’m in the UK and when I ordered, I didn’t realise they were based in Spain, so I decided to look at Trustpilot for reviews, which had me worried as I was reading. I ordered a half zip sweatshirt, on 31st March, today is 5th April and I’m wearing it. If your order is over £135 then you will be charged import duty. If it is less, then you should be fine. Happy with my experience, and love the item.
