Muy decepcionado con esta joyería. Compré un collar que en menos de un año se ha roto porque la argolla se ha desgastado con el uso normal de la propia cadena. La garantía no lo cubre, escudándose en que es “desgaste por uso”, cuando en realidad es un problema de calidad o de diseño, porque una joya no debería romperse en tan poco tiempo.
La atención por parte de Iván ha sido todavía peor: en lugar de darme una solución, me dijo que tuviera más cuidado y que la opción era comprar un producto más caro. Me parece un auténtico vacile y nada profesional.
Al final, queda claro que venden piezas que duran menos de un año y luego se lavan las manos con la garantía. Muy decepcionado, no volveré a comprar y no lo recomiendo.

Awful experience I am from the uk and was not warned about a £70 shipping fee. On my receipt tax and export came to 0. Five days after I bought the items I was alerted by my courier about the charge which had to go ahead whether I got a refund or not. I’ve tried contacting them and they still haven’t got back to me!
Bad quality
I bought a bracelet five months ago and it has already fallen apart. Customer service said there was nothing they could do, despite there being a warranty. Products are cute but not made to last.

Bin zufrieden mit den Produkten (deshalb auch 1 Stern), aber alles andere ist eine Katastrophe! Bei meiner Bestellung war eine Kette gar nicht erst dabei.. dazu hatte ich Ringe in verschiedenen Größen gekauft um zu testen welcher passt, die passenden habe ich behalten und den Rest zurückgeschickt. Der Erhalt der Ware wurde mir jetzt bestätigt, aber ich bekomme kein Geld zurück, weil eine Kette fehlt (JA, DIE WURDE AUCH GAR NICHT ERST GELIEFERT!!!) Ich bin so sauer und bekomme seit Wochen keine Antwort, werde nie wieder dort bestellen, mir fehlen fast 400€!
Support is a scam
I will never buy from them again. I have a received a broken necklace which I had to gift to a friend of mine. Well, I wrote 4 emails in two weeks and never got an answer. This is a complete scam and totally illegal. I’ll probably proceed with a complaint as it seems a lot of people are having problem with the support.
This is not what I expected from a company that pretend to be serious. Very disappointed and angry!

First of all, love the brand, most of my Jewlery is from you guys, however, this piece has especially upset me since I bought it. The first time I got the stars bracelet, it broke, the first day I got it as I got on the bike and a little bit of motion from my wrist managed to break the bracelet. I came back the next day, where luckily I managed to get a new bracelet (same one). I really liked it, and this time it lasted about a week time, until it eventually broke again. However, this time much worse as I was in Denmark (one of my residence homes (apart from Madrid), and it broke in the middle of the street, where some of the letters fell in a sewer (or the metal bars in the street that lead nowhere). Some months went by until I eventually came back to which I couldn't return the item (not because of the missing pieces but because of the time that had passed). I came back once more as I have barely gotten to wear it and the jewlers in Denmark cant seem to help me repair it. I would love to get the money back or some type of compensation as I really believe this was not my fault and plus, I really want to keep buying from your brand as you clearly dont face competition in innovation and style. A éviter absolument
A éviter absolument. J'ai acheté 2 bracelets et une bague il y a un an pour 150€ dans la boutique de Séville.
Déjà on s'attend à de l'argent mais ce n'est qu'un plaquage. Pourquoi pas, mais en quelques mois seulement le plaquage s'enlève, noirci et apparaît ensuite un alliage rouge, bref, ce n'est plus du tout les les bijoux que j'avais acheté. Je me suis rendu à Séville cet été, le vendeur m'a dit de contacter le sav qui réglerai mon problème.
J'ai donc envoyé des mail avec factures et photos pour trouver une solution commerciale, et je n'ai reçu aucunes réponses.
Dommage je trouve les créations supers et les magasins top, mais je n'achèterais plus rien. Comme dit précédemment, c'est beau l'histoire d'un été mala prestation n'est pas à la hauteur de l'image qu'ils se donnent.
A éviter absolument
J’ai acheté un article dans la boutique de Barcelone, mais on m’a remis le mauvais produit. En me rendant ensuite à la boutique de Paris pour un échange, on m’a orienté vers le service client.
Celui-ci a été réactif au départ : on m’a demandé de renvoyer l’article, avec la promesse de m’envoyer le bon après réception. Le retour a bien été confirmé, mais depuis, plus aucune nouvelle. Malgré plusieurs relances depuis plusieurs semaines, je n’ai obtenu aucune réponse. Bravo à eux, ils ont fait un retour en stock en empochant 140€.
À éviter absolument.
The return process feels like a scam
My original order came in less than a week, it is of a good quality, however it was the wrong size. I began the process of returning the item, originally hoping for an exchange, but the company and the returns service have been extremely difficult due to a lack of response, an overcomplicated system, and the seemingly lack of care to resolving issues.
I began the process of returning my item on 8th July and, after my initial difficulty with the returns company and lack of support from Twojeys, was finally able to have my item shipped back to store on 23rd July. It is now 25th August at time of writing, Twojeys have pretty much ignored the emails I have sent by only occasionally providing copy/paste generic responses offering no support at all. I am currently out of pocket by £80 with the company acting disinterested in whether they actually send me the item I requested as an exchange or assist in processing a refund.
This is a service/brand I would urge people to stay away from unless you enjoy your money being stolen from you.

J'ai passé commande pour une bague le 22 juillet et une fois réceptionnée, j'ai voulu la retourner car elle ne correspondait pas à mes attentes.
Je vais sur le site, trouve la procédure : il faut choisir l'article mais impossible de le faire ... son statut est "non remis" !
Après 2 emails et un peu de patience, je reçois un poli email d'excuses qui me promet une réponse dans les 72h ... il y a 2 semaines maintenant.
Nouvel email ce soir ... j'espère qu'on va y arriver !

Never got my money back for my return, loved the company for a while, I have many items but this is disappointing. Return service is not correct. Already been waiting for months for return money.
I didn’t get my money back
I didn’t get my money after i returned a item now i’ve spent 110€ and dont have anything.
I also spent hours writing the support but they just gave me excuses and now they arent even writing back.
