Overpriced and unreliable – avoid if you have a schedule

I really regret choosing TUXEDO Executive Limousine and Car Service for my family's airport transfer. The booking process seemed fine at first, but they messed up our reservation date and blamed us for the mistake. After sorting that out, the driver showed up in a car that wasn’t what we ordered – not the premium SUV we needed for all our luggage. We had to cram everything in uncomfortably. The driver was polite but didn’t seem to know the area well and took a long route that cost us time and money. For such high prices, I expected a flawless, professional service. Would not recommend them if you value reliability or getting what you pay for.

Well, this is awkward.

This review is completely fictional—like a deleted scene from a low-budget drama. We’ve checked our records, our drivers, our schedule, and even asked the office plant… and there’s absolutely no trace of this reservation ever existing.

The story? A bit too creative to be real. Wrong vehicle, wrong timing, wrong company. This smells less like a dissatisfied customer and more like a competitor with extra time and no imagination.

At TUXEDO, we do what we say we’re going to do: show up early, deliver polished service, and provide clean, luxury vehicles with professional chauffeurs who know their way around town (and don’t need to fake it).

If you're considering us, just give us a call — or better yet, try us out and decide for yourself. We prefer real experiences over online fiction.

Platform team, we respectfully request this fake review be removed. And to whoever posted it: next time, at least make the story believable.

Ordered a private car service from TPA…

Ordered a private car service from TPA to Sarasota. This was an excellent experience, cars were clean, perfectly on time and even a water bottle, which I wasn't expecting. Overall a great experience, we'll definitely order another in the future.

Limo Service

We used this airport limo service for our trips between Orlando Airport and Disney World, and it was a great experience from start to finish. Booking was super easy, and the car was spotless and really comfortable. Both drivers were professional and super friendly. I’ll definitely be choosing Tuxedo again.

Tuxedo is the right place!

Outstanding service from Tuxedo! Very efficient, great communication. My driver was in contact to let me know when he was arriving. The car was beautiful. Tuxedo is a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend! Will call next time I need a ride.
