Turmeric and Honey Omdömen 

I recently ordered from Turmeric & Honey and paid £5.99 for delivery — a steep fee, especially considering the company is based in London and I’m in Birmingham. Despite this, my order only arrived today, 25th April, which is a completely unacceptable delay.

I was in urgent need of the item and expected much faster service given the short distance and the high delivery cost. There was no proper communication, no tracking updates, and no explanation for the delay. For a company that deals in health and wellness products, such poor service is particularly concerning.

It honestly felt like once they took the payment, the rest didn’t matter. I expected better and more reliable service. I will not be ordering from them again and urge others to be cautious if time is a factor in your purchase.

I wish I had read the reviews before placing order.

Placed an order 7 days ago.
The order hasn't even been dispatched!
Considering the price of delivery was 5.99
I expected the product to have been delivered within a reasonable time.
In addition to this, in the confirmation email, Tumeric and Honey state "
Orders placed after 3:30 pm GMT will be processed on the following business day."

Deliveries that cost 3.49 from other online shops get delivered alot sooner.

I contacted Tumeric and Honey by email requesting an update, they responded with "order will be dispatched asap"

I then contacted them again asking if it's dispatched and received no response.

I created a new thread and emailed them, whilst waiting for a response I called up. The member of staff said it'll be processed tomorrow. I told her that I hadn't been informed they'd be a delay. Had I been informed there would of been a delay. I would never have purchased from this company.

Meanwhile, they had sent an email response stating the order is being processed today.

Very poor customer service.

Very disappointed, I wish I had read the reviews on this site. I'm not hopeful I will receive the product.

IV requested a refund so I can order from elsewhere where.
Please provide a full refund! Including delivery as youv not even dispatched the product

Update:

I received a call from Turmeric and Honey on Friday. The lady I spoke to apologised and informed me that they did not have the stock at the time and had to basically outsource the product. In addition to this, their response on Trustpilot was an error, it was aimed at another customer rather than me. Turmeric and Honey reassured me they are not scammers and they in fact have a store. They sent out my order which i received today and was told i will be receiving a full refund as a form of courtesy (which i await).

In short, Turmeric and honey have taken feedback on board and will be working on communicating more effectively with customers.

The lady that called me was very polite.

A very good brand of keto gluten free bread. Will buy again.

I place an order back in November for two items. They ended up being out of stock but they didn't bother to let me know. I emailed and they finally then told me. They were items I need for a protocol that I am on and missing them can be detrimental to my treatment. I called and the person I talked to wasn't even apologetic.

The same thing seems to be happening again. I ordered the same two items on 2 April before leaving on holiday. (Order ref #TH27625) I just returned and the order never arrived. Upon looking in my account, it doesn't even appear to have been shipped yet. I tried to call and no one will answer.

The only reason I ordered from them again was because I couldn't find the items I needed anywhere else in the UK. But at this rate, I feel like it's maybe worth paying extra to have them shipped from another country!

Terrible company. DO NOT BUY.

I placed online order TH18895 for five items on 25 November 2024. I was sent three items.

I have sent multiple emails and left voicemails requesting a refund for the two items not delivered.

In December Turmeric & Honey responded with:
"Thank you for providing images, your request has been forwarded to the refund department to be reviewed. Thank you for your patience."

Despite further follow ups, there has been zero communication from the business. £36.58 worth of items have yet to be refunded.

Do not recommend at all.

11 April update: Upon leaving the above review on 4 April Turmeric and Honey contacted me with apologies and made things right. Thank you for the refund.

It is regrettable and unfortunate it takes a factual public review to get (good) customer service. Caveat emptor.

Bad costumer service. The phone number doesn’t work and they don’t write back on emails!

I will give further rewievs if you don’t answer - I payed a lot of money for the order!

Late deliveries & still missing ordered items.

I was hoping to update my previous review (made on 3rd Feb 2025) but couldn't.
Turmeric and Honey reached out to me in person and rectified all my issues and couldn't do enough to put things right. I appreciated being able to speak in person and felt I was heard. They have removed the spurious line from my account, have fixed the basket issue and kindly reimbursed the postage that I had to pay for the unasked for goods. Their response has encouraged me to use them again as their products are competitively priced and they are selling the supplements that I find help the health of my family.
Therefore I ask you to ignore my previous review as I feel that they have moved on from the errors they made and are worth doing business with.

I placed a fairly large order with this company, spending over £170.00, and on the main advert on the web site it stated that orders over £50.00 would be delivered for FREE, a day later I received a mail asking me to pay an extra £20.00 towards postage, I think that is rather rude as the web site says all orders over £50.00 would be FREE, never buy again

Excellent service and very responsive when I needed extra help with an item!

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. No reply to emails or phone calls after waiting 2 weeks for an order that still has not arrived. Will be posting on their social media if I do not receive my order or refund.

The item I ordered online arrived promptly next day and packed to a very high standard for this product requiring cold environment. Docked one star for shaky website.

If I could give no stars, this would be more accurate.
I had a new member discount. Filled my basket using the discount but decided to wait until the next day to order. Basket was empty but appeared on my account as if I had purchased it. Emailed them but they didn't seem to understand the issue and said I couldn't use the discount as there was already 10% off the site. This was not true as I could have both 10%off site and the new code when I first did my basket.
I ordered without the discount and they sent me the goods twice. I let them know. No apology, no thankyou for my honesty but they sent me in the post an envelope and a large stamp to cover postage. Took to post office and it was underpaid postage. I let Turmeric and Honey know and I offered to buy the goods off them with the included new member discount and another 10% discount for inconvenience (1 hour round trip to post office) and they have not replied. I sent again and am still waiting.
I will post the goods back to them, paying the correct postage as I will not be accused of stealing, but will NEVER use them again. I am out of pocket for their mistake which they dealt with zero customer service. I have no confidence that they will process my order correctly in the future or deal with my issues in a professional and efficient way or send me the correct postage to return errors made by them.

I specifically emailed before ordering to ensure they had stock, they lied and said they did. Now they say they don't and it's on 'backorder' (I'm sure they didnt sell out in the 15 mins between their email and my order placement). I will update this review if the refund my money but I currently consider them to be running a scam. Avoid.
