The splicer was defective from the very beginning, even though it was advertised as serviced and fully working. The heater motor error appeared immediately, making the unit unusable. I lost both time and money on shipping and return handling. Very disappointing experience.

The unit had been externally serviced prior to sale and was supplied as a serviced, working unit, so we were surprised to learn of the heater motor error occurring immediately after delivery. However, we fully understand the frustration caused when equipment does not perform as expected.
As soon as the issue was reported, we worked to resolve the matter and provided a full refund, including all shipping costs, to ensure you were not left out of pocket.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your cooperation throughout the process.

Item was just as shown in the photos. Looks almost new even the carrying case. Was updated through all process of shipping and clearing through customs. I highly recommend buying from them.
