Tripse & The River Cruise Company Omdömen

An email from The River Cruise Company detailed 2 itineraries in which my wife and I had some interest. An email back to them brought Kyle on the phone and within a short space of time a decision was made on which cruise to select. It didn`t take much longer for him to sort our selected flight option and give us a final quote. We paid by card and the full details, with confirmation, were in our inbox soon after. An amazingly efficient company that, with Tripse, we have used several times over the past few years.

No pressure sales, personal attention to detail from a clearly knowledgeable agent.
My request to alter flight arrangements handled efficiently and overall transaction completed quickly and without fuss.
Looking forward to future bookings.

Everything was made so easy for me, great advice and efficient booking. Michelle was exceptional and patient with all the questions we asked. Looking forward to booking with you again soon .5*****

So easy to book with tripse, I literally message everything I am wanting and they put together a perfect package! I feel safe and calm using this company as I know any problems or questions no matter how small they always answer within minutes. Would never use anyone else! Always given me a 5* service and great prices.

Very helpful staff. Good customer care

The whole process of booking was great. Michelle was really friendly and couldn't do enough to make the booking quick and easy, and the price was really competative. Would really recommend this company and will definitely use them again if booking another river cruise.

Denise, she was frank and open with her information. Bearing in mind we had limited communication, she made me feel from her e mails that she was genuine & honest.

Amazing knowledge and help from Tripse. Nothing too much trouble. Always answers any questions asked with great knowledge. Could not wish for a better company to tailor make our holiday. Used them previously and could not fault them. Certainly will stay with them for any other holidays in the future.

Excellent experience putting together my forthcoming Australia/Indonesia tour, including Singapore, Cairns, Brisbane, Bali and Dubai. Karl Beevers, my Travel Consultant at Tripse was excellent and really took the time in arranging my itinerary. Nothing was any trouble to him and I am delighted with how it’s all come together. Thankyou Kyle. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tripse at any time in the future.

Efficient. The chap I’ve been dealing with is friendly and knowledgeable. I felt reassured.
