Tripse & The River Cruise Company Omdömen

The whole cruise exceeded my expectations, i had a really lovely holiday, places and trips were great, room was wonderful, ship was beautiful, staff were very knowledgable, helpful, couldnt do enough for you.

We found the staff at Tripse tremendously helpful & can’t sing their praises highly enough. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip so haven’t been able to get to know the River Cruise Company. But throughout the whole process we have been looked after & feel we made new friends in the office. Thank you!

Easy booking process and Denise was very helpful and efficient.

Our booking was dealt with confidently & efficiently. As new river cruisers we were also helped with cabin choice. I also felt the price negotiated with Amawaterways who ran our cruise & the extras such as paid gratuities , transfers etc made it very good value. We felt looked after.

Everything went like clockwork from booking right through to our arrival back home. Faultless!

From our initial call onwards, I couid not fault the service. Your operator was very informative, knowledgable and professional, and easily available to provide anything we needed to know.Helpful suggestions were readily offered, from flight information to cabin choice, and excursion details. Our trip was superb, and we were grateful for all the suggested choices, thank you.

Great company, Denise was great and we were so happy with what she found, booked it straight away.

The whole trip exceeded our expectations by a significant margin. Both the agents (Tripse) and the tour company (Uniworld) were new to us but we would not hesitate to entrust our future holidays plans to them.

Fantastic travel agents
Nothing is too much trouble and we’ve just had a complicated month trip put together by Denise. She can advise on every step and found us a choice of great hotels within our budget and incorporated the cruise we wanted into the holiday.
I’d recommend to anyone. Best service by any company that I’ve ever found in 40 years of traveling. Give them a go

Responsive, helpful, seamless process

Very professional service by Kyle Beevers the whole itinerary worked very well.
There were a number of different travel elements to our river cruise and we had no delays or concerns.
Well done Kyle.

Denise has been very professional and knowledgeable
in her job. Would definitely recommend.

Knowledgeable and competent.
Denise and Kyle are very good . I imtend to use them again for our next river cruise booking.

Everything went to plan that Tripse organised.

Our third river cruise booking with Tripse and great service once again. Our daughter also recently used their services for a European holiday and was equally pleased.

Kyle made it so easy booked our first family holiday with tripse and all our holidays will be booked through tripse going forward. 11/10.

Thanks again Kyle

Very helpful and knowledgable. Just booked a second trip.

No issues at all when I book holidays with tripse, brilliant holiday and everything sorted for me by tripse

Dealing with Kyle was an absolute joy from start to finish. I gave a simple brief and he delivered. A few tweaks requested and he delivered. All done with a very cheery but professional nature and speed.
Really looking forward to our trip and will be looking to see what else we can do in the future.

They kept their promise to contact us if the cruise we were looking for became available ...and at a competetive price. Booking was straighforward and completed the following day.
