Need to Improve as:
> the web and app UI should be more simpler and not too dense.

Gives a good perspective , but not a comprehensive view- need to break out into varying categories- (is it clouded by advertorial ideas/trips?) - many great options are missed out.

It's a good site where you get genuine reviews. I always consider the trip advisor ratings for my hotel bookings. It's a nice platform for sharing our views. A pleasure to be part of it.

I really like to read the reviews on trip advisor of the hotel and restaurant before booking or visiting them. This has become a habit with me. This way I am sure of my stay and quality of food and service. Out of experience I would like to confess that many times on other travel websites the information shared by contributors are incorrect. But never had such an experience on Trip Advisor. Keep it up. I am also regular contributor to your site with my every stay.

I have been considerably using the app before travelling for a general as well as broad ideas of the place, people, community, experiences, please to live , eat etc. and to be honest I have had a great experience as following the blogs and the chats gives you a whole lot of dimension to research and may at times inform you u don't know about. Great place for finding great places to stay or dine.

Had good experience with finding accommodation on Tripadvisor. Ratings and reviews are genuine and it reflects the real picture.

While trying to find accommodation, the site always shows the list by "best value", some travelers might get misguided with that. The default list should be based on "traveler ranking" and then the users should be able choose the "best value" ranking if they want to.

Except the point above, the site is ultimate for travelers and reviews.
