The reviews in TripAdvisor is useful in selecting places to see, where to stay and the place to eat. In a new place you get actual feed back from people who have been there and post their review. I found it useful.

At times, nevigation through the Portal is a bit cumbersome. Some pages are too crammed. Overall experience is, however, fantastic - a treasure trove of information.

I mostly use TripAdvisor to book and review hotels and so far I had best of the experiences as reviews from other travellers definitely help in making a right decision and choose as per your needs.

In the modern days , it is very essential to know the details of the service needed from various hotels , restaurants etc . Honestly there is nothing like absolute "good or bad". What the customer wants is know whether his "needs" would be met. whether the place can serve those "customised services" . Any attempt in providing the information in this particular direction is useful and welcome . Trip advisor is a step towards that.

I do use tripadvisor extensively for most of my international vacations and trips.
But i don't mostly book through them cause i find a huge price difference. you could get better deals from hotels and other services for your customers.
Example when we were in Georgia we wanted to do some food walk and home food sessions and when i checked on trip advisor it seemed very expensive, but when i went there and did it it seemed very inexpensive. You need to engage with locals and get some good deals to make business sense for you.

Before selecting my hotel or restaurant, I always look at the Tripadvisor rating and reviews of the place. It really helps to decide if it fits into my standards or needs.

We love to give review on tripadvisor but there is too much in review form that become me bore to write a review in tripadvisor
there is some unnecessary fields like What sort of visit was this?
and title because review dont need a title
