As soon as I put this screen protector on our phone and but our other box base back on its busted the screen protector... both of ours broke... I am not happy with this way all...

Took some time for a reply from the vendor over damaged goods, but seems like they will ship new product and seemed concerned.

received Auto Car Sunshade, all instructions in Chinese, suction cups don't hold, and item appears to be broken within one day. Don't waste your money

It’s been a month since placing my order and no product. They pretend to be a US based company and they are really based out of China. They gave me a USPS tracking # but when you use the # to track your parcel it states “Status Not Found”. Tried to cancel order and they said no cancellations after 12 hours. These folks are crooks and will steal your money. Buyer beware!

Bad quality its all Asia Fake. Not the real products from websites which you see in offers. In FAQ their write, thats products can look different blablabla after 9 weeks the order comes and no function. its a big fraud! Warning! throw money out of the window.

This company purports to be UK based but in fact is in China.
I tried two of their products, tile grout filler and a car scratch pen.
The tile grout did not work, it just peeled off and the car scratch pen was empty and missing a nib. I returned both of these for a refund (as promised on their website) It cost over £10 to return them, if I had sent them tracked it would have been over double this amount - almost as much as the goods cost in the first place, so sent them 1st class with proof of posting. I am refused a refund as they want a 'tracking number' as they can't find any trace of them. They are scam artists and have no intention of refunding, they mislead you by not revealing that they are in China. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CON ARTISTS.

TERRIBLE!!! total SCAM company-

took 2 months to get alarm clock/cam and it doesn't work, it doesn't have any signal and doesn't even display the time properly.

Their customer service is terrible and ignore you as well.

I purchased a Dual Hard Drive Docking Station in March. It took them 6 weeks to deliver from China. When it arrived, the boxed was crushed and the docking station was broken. I contacted them and received a robo email advising they would contact me within 48 hours. Never heard anything from them and I sent a second email with no response. They have no number for customer service. I then contacted PayPal for some help. They contacted Trending VIP and were told to have me send the item back. I would then be reimbursed by PayPal. Now I have to ship it back at my own expense after paying for delivery in the first place. That means I pay for shipping twice with no product in the end. I think I will stick to Amazon.

You do NOT deserve even 1 star. I ordered product back in March & have still not received it. Jennifer tells me (in an email) it's at the post office & to wait a few more days. I contacted my post office & was told that the package never came through the post office. Apparently I was given a bogus tracking number. The number does not exist at my post office therefore there is no way of tracking it. I've emailed Jennifer 2 more times with no response. This company is a HUGE ripoff. They take your money & then ignore you when there's a problem.

Does not even deserve 1 star. I, too, received a chunky blanket, two in fact...because I stupidly bought two thinking they looked so great in the picture. Yes, the size of a placemat. I contacted them, followed directions, paid $26 to return them TO CHINA! and still not a peep. I email. I email. I email. The last email from sweet Jennifer (is she even Jennifer), just told me again where to send my returns for a refund. HOLY MOLY. What can we do to destroy this company from doing it to other people. I see I am not the only one. These reviews are hysterical. Thanks, I am not alone, what a relief. Pi**ed I am now out $76!
UPDATE: Trending VIP said my package never arrived and then USPS helped me locate the package, proving it indeed arrived in China and after proving this to them, they refunded my $ to PayPal in 1 day! Yay! I’ll still never buy from them again but happy I got some of my money back.

Definitely a scam company. Do NoT wasted your time and money.

In early Jan, Spent over $130 on 2 gifts for Valentine’s Day 2018. Received confirmation email that my order shipped from China on 31 Jan.
It is now March 29th the order has never arrived Despite 3 e-mails and promises that it is shipped-nothing.

Never buy anything from this company - TRENDING VIP .... I ordered 2 x screen savers, and soon after got a notification that my order was shipped ..... from Hong Kong ..... to Barbados .... when I live around 50km away from Hong Kong, in Macau.
I've been in contact with their customer service, who promised to look into the issue, and also promised to ship a replacement order.
That was 3 months ago already, and nothing received, and they do not seem to respond to my emails now ...... total SCAM company in my opinion!!!

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. Unacceptable customer service...which I would imagine is a result of selling sketchy products. Never again.

Wish I could give zero stars. Do not trust this site. Their California address is not real, and all of their products come from Asia. Check out the real reviews online (#trendingvip), and do not be fooled by their fake reviews written on their website. I placed my order in mid January and am still waiting for my product. After speaking with several different “customer service” reps, I didn’t receive and customer service at all. Buyer Beware. Don’t waste your time or money.

This company is a total rip off don't buy from them ever

The chunky knitted blanket is a potholder. Seriously! You think you are ordering 60 inches, BEWARE, it is 60 cm. I am so angry that I spend $50 on two frickin potholders!!! They are not even big enough to use as cat beds!

I ordered and paid for tiling grout in December,2017. Trending VIP said they delivered the items to my address but no-one was home. Due to illness I have been house bound since November, 2017 and no delivery was EVER made,nor was any notification about delivery ever left. I have been in touch with the customer support team without success. No-one can tell me when my products will arrive and when a refund would be given. It is now 12/02/2018 and I am still uninformed and unimpressed. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
