Still trying to get my money back. Didn't realize that I had signed up and have been getting charges on my credit card. Now I have to contact my credit card and ask them to get the money back. Seems backwards, but I will try.

This company is very hard to contact
I never finished signing up for a subscription to Title Outfits. I never downloaded the App, nor did I ever want to pay so much monthly since January for a subscription that I have never used. I have tried to download the App to cancel the subscription but I cant find an App. I tried to cancel through Pay Pal but they won't cancel the subscription because Title Outfits say I owe them, which is utter rubbish.

Horrible experience
My experience with this company has been horrible.
First, I didn’t even realize I had signed up for a subscription until I noticed monthly charges on my bank account. As soon as I discovered them, I tried to cancel through the website, but the cancellation process was not working.
I then contacted customer support through the “Contact Us” section and sent multiple messages over the course of three months asking them to cancel my subscription. Despite my repeated requests, the charges continued and my subscription remained active.
I never used the application, but since I couldn’t get the subscription canceled, I finally decided to try it. Unfortunately, the outfit recommendations were awful and completely missed the mark.
I am extremely disappointed with both the customer service and the quality of the service provided. I would like a full refund for the charges that were made after my repeated cancellation requests.

This is a real person with a real story. Not a bot! I cancelled my subscription to TITLE nearly 6 months ago and am still being charged by myagelessoutfit.com. Yet again today. I can't even access the website no matter how I tried, phone, laptop, different browsers. Nothing. "This site can't be reached."

Signed up for free trial in December
Signed up for free trial in December, apparently with the app and giving credit card info. I did not use the service at all. Apparently my Credit Card company paid a couple of charges in January. When I attempted to cancel the 8 week program, my email was not recognized, so I deleted the app. This week, Credit card company denied 4 requests for payment. I was given the phone number for support, and after a few false starts at finding my account info, I had to send an email. My account is now closed, and support did help, but the mere appearance of fraud will keep me from signing on to a program of this type in the future. There are many negative comments online.

Je me suis abonnée pour un essai. Après 7 jours le 27 février 2026, voyant que leurs propositions de vêtements ne me convenaient pas, j'ai envoyé un mail au support client pour mettre fin a mon abonnement. J'ai reçu en réponse que ma demande allait suivre mais rien n'y a fait. Pensant que le nécessaire était fait, je me retrouve surprise le 18 avril d'avoir été prélevée de 45€ les 2 mois suivants. J'ai a nouveau envoyé un mail avec pièce jointe de mon 1er mail de demande d'annulation. La j'ai une personne qui m'annonce que mon abonnement était annulé mais que le remboursement n'était pas possible alors que le 27 avril, j'étais dans les temps pour annulé l'abonnement. Ce jour le 20avril, j'ai un autre interlocuteur par mail qui me dit que son collègue du 28 février m'avait envoyé la procédure d'annulation via une adresse mail que je n'ai jamais su ouvrir car "erreur serveur ". Donc l'interlocuteur en question me dit que je n'ai pas suivi les instructions et donc que l'abonnement se poursuivait. La première personne que j'ai eu le 28 février n'a pas fait son boulot ou n'a pas voulu faire son boulot et c'est moi qui en paye les conséquences soit 90 euros. Je n'ai jamais vu une telle malhonnêteté, ni autant de mauvaise fois. Même si vous voulez essayer leur service, vous vous retrouverez escroqué de 45€ par mois. Fuyez ce site comme la peste.
Encore un détail, pas un mail ni sms pour vous dire que vous allez être prélevé et pouvoir réagir. L'escroquerie dans son état pur. Je peux fournir tous les mails échangés.

Kleingedruckten wird man über den Tisch gezogen. Reklamation über PayPal wird verzögert und man hat keine Chance an sein Geld zu kommen.
