We have just come back from a trip to Morzine staying at Rose Chalet,
As a family of 6 were so impressed with Treeline chalets the chalet was stunning with spectacular views of the Pleney very contemporary and cosy the whole layout was perfect every detail was thought about. home from home we didn’t want to go out in the evening as it was such a great space.
Very Comfortable beds too

We've lost count the number of times we've been with Treeline now - and every single year we have the most epic time. Whether we visit as a couple, with friends or with our family, we always get so well looked after. This year we stayed in the magnificent Doyen and we were absolutely spoiled from start to finish. The food was incredible and my weird dietary needs were just accounted for without question - George was a fantastic chef, and was so caring with my daughter and her friend, even after 182827 questions from them! He also didn't ever stop smiling, from early morning until late evening, always on hand to help. The chalet was stunning, with every little detail accounted for, from fluffy robes and beautiful toiletries (I've already googled to get some at home) to the most comfortable beds, stunning views and a mind blowing layout (you've totally got to see the pool and sauna!). Treeline staff are always amazing and so friendly, always on hand, with mountain pickups on a whatsapp, and any questions always answered. The Chalets are always clean and the Shred Week is always our favourite week of the year with the most awesome activities run by Treeline. Thank you, once again. You're awesome!

Stayed at Chalet Chardon, the Chalet was amazing had everything we could possibly want for our family of 11, the hosts were top notch and could not do enough for us, we would highly recommend Treeline for both quality and service, we will definitely be back.

We had the best time staying at Chalet Doyen with Treeline Chalets! From the moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly and welcoming—it really felt like they went out of their way to make our stay special.

The food was incredible, and they were great at catering to dietary requirements without making it feel like a hassle. Every meal was a treat!

The chalet itself had everything you could want—a boot room for skis, a hot tub, and even a bar—perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Having taxis to and from the lifts was such a luxury and made getting around super easy. Plus, the location in Morzine was spot on!

We honestly can’t wait to go back. Huge thanks to the Treeline team for such an amazing stay!

What a wonderful stay at Chalet Doyen last week. Our hosts and drivers were fantastic going above and beyond when I injured myself on the slopes. I cant thank them enough.

The chalet itself was beautiful. I especially enjoyed the hot tub! We had a wonderful chef who made fab food which was enjoyed by all. Thank you for a memorable week :)

If I can only offer you one tip for this winter treeline, would be, it. Not only do they offer tip top, bangalang, awe inducing chalets, but they also lend out Bataleon snowboards for free! The staff are all incredible and have been trained to make restaurant quality food every day, and they can't do enough for you. If you're considering it - do it! Big love, can't wait to stay again soon!

We stayed in Chalet Beziere 27th Dec. until 4th January ‘25, the same time as the owners of the apartment spanning the top of some of the bedrooms direct above us in Beziere the owners of the apartment come for the same week every year, and
every year they tell us Treeline clients complain about the noise they make until the early hours, keeping parents and children awake. Treeline do not let you know the chalet is not detached, There were 2 parking spaces not 4 as advertised and we had to find tools to clear the snow to get in and out of the parking spaces, far from the holiday we expected. Chalet Staff were excellent though.

Had a great holiday with Treeline at Chalet Alpin. Booked for two weeks during the summer. Fantastic garage for bikes and 4 great double bedrooms. Really helpful friendly staff, helped to book our lift passes etc and lovely welcome beer and wine.

Would def book again. We were so sad to leave!

Have stayed with Treeline many times, but most recently in the amazing Chalet Chardon. This chalet, the food, the staff and the shuttle service were all brilliant and it was the perfect base for a large family get together spanning ages 0 to retired. Thanks to the Treeline team for making it such a special trip, we'll be back.

We've been to Morzine with Treeline Chalets for about 12 years now, and will keep going back for as long as they'll have us :) We've stayed at Treeline as a couple in a shared chalet, as part of snowboard camps, and as a family in both our own chalet and as part of shared, as well as both self-catered and catered options, and we've LOVED it Every - Single -Time!

The staff they employ form part of the experience and always live the Treeline values, going out of their way to make your stay extra special.

When we've stayed in catered chalets, the team have cooked THE most INCREDIBLE food and treats known to (wo)man, and never complained about our weird combination of dietary requirements. (Chalet Doyen, though, that was next-level food beauty!)

The chalets are always SUPER clean and so comfortable with everything you could need for your stay, whether you're looking for rustic charm (Chalet Alpin), a simple self-catered apartment (apartment Terrace), or a modern blow-your-mind-away-super-luxury location (Chalet Laurent & did I mention Chalet Doyen?!).

We also love the variety in price options, from simple and basic to super luxurious, giving options to everyone, whatever you're looking for. There's also an awesome choice of locations, both in and out of town, whether you want easy access to town, somewhere in the heat of the action or somewhere a bit more peaceful.

Whether you're visiting with the family, with a group of friends or solo on a camp, they truly look after you, from having your lift pass ready at the door and even having test boards from some top brands if you'd like, through to being on hand if you need anything - or leaving you alone if that's what you'd prefer! We've also found the staff super patient and helpful with us when we've been considering different options - so if you're unsure about what they have available for you, just reach out - I know they'll help.

Super friendly, super awesome, super rad, super cool - we're already counting down until next season. And if you're planning your next winter (or summer) trip to Morzine, get your mitts on Treeline Chalets, as their peak weeks get booked up suuuuper quickly, simply because everyone loves them so much and just wants to keep going back.

Treeline are A M A Z I N G ✨

Chalet Linny is located in the centre of town and about a 5 minute walk from the Super M lift, giving your mountain adventure an easy start. It’s tucked away enough to give you all the privacy you need while offering the most amazing views of the town and mountains. Chalet Linny is spacious with well decorated and modern rooms, big comfy beds and a hot tub to enjoy. It was our hosts who really made our trip by making and serving us the most exquisite breakfasts and dinners, free flowing and incredible wine with our dinner and the most amazing ‘Afternoon Tea’, nothing was too much trouble for any of the Treeline team.

I highly recommend Treeline for all your French holiday needs.

Amazing stay with Treeline Chalets for the end of season Shred Week. Beautiful chalets with fantastic hospitality and some of the best food I’ve had in the alps. I’ll definitely be back next year.

Our third holiday with Treeline Chalets and the first time we have stayed in Chalet Chardon. It was absolutely beautiful and perfect for a large extended-family holiday. The Treeline team were a lovely bunch, from the staff helping with questions/advice before the holiday, chalet staff and the minibus drivers. A small boutique company with attention to detail rather than a big holiday company and it really shows. Food was delicious and we will definitely be back.

We stayed at Chalet Wilkids and by far, the best everything about our experience were our chalet hosts Joe and Holly. Joe is basically a michelin quality chef who has decided to slow down a bit and offer more bespoke and intimate cuisine. Holly's attention, cheerful demeanor and genuine positive contribution was the perfect pair. The place is great and facilities are immense, but we'd follow them wherever they go as it was a truly incredible experience. All the drivers and other staff with whom we dealt were professional, curteous and kind. 10/10 would recommend.

15 family members stayed in the Chalet Wilkids (Montriond/Morzine) over Christmas. It was quite wonderful. We have stayed with Treeline twice before and the company has always been excellent to work with. Very responsive, extremely helpful and well organised.
Chalet Wilkids is relatively new and is luxurious. Lovely spacious rooms. Brilliant dining area and excellent family lounge for relaxing times and family games etc. Lovely bedrooms.
The sauna and hot tub were brilliant.
The chalet staff and the minibus drivers were excellent, most helpful and very friendly. We will if possible certainly use Treeline again......

We recently stayed at Chilly Sheep and had the most amazing experience. It was the most luxurious chalet and exceeded all of our expectations. It has everything little thing you could think of needing (even toys for the little ones!)
It is a short 3-4 minute walk to the Pleney and to the super Morzine lift which is extremely handy meaning no need to hire lockers.
We went for flexi catering option which was worth every penny and will definitely be using again. The food was delicious and to a high standard.

Treeline we’re brilliant! super helpful and communication was great with quick friendly responses.

This was a fantastic trip!

Pre covid, treeline assured us the resort would remain open and at least 2 weeks would be given notice to close. We arrived on a Sunday morning taking their advice and the resort shut down that night. Not their fault but bad advice from them. They then removed our catering/cleaning and basically left us to fend for ourselves. We received very little help/info. They quite sternly requested we left the chalet early even though the authorities were not requesting this which we did at our own expense, they did not offer any assistance with this or any refund. They also didn’t even offer any kind of goodwill rebooking discount (which they said they would) when we requested post covid. We lost about £3k altogether directly going off their bad advice. We were not looked after well given the situation at all. They took no responsibility and relinquished any duty of care to us straight away. The rep actively avoided us when in resort and wouldn’t pick up phone. The chalet was nice but this isn’t theirs, it’s rented so any company could rent it and it would be nice. I am sure they are fine when all goes well but they will pin any costs incurred on you and they really can’t manage anything past the ordinary. Also no loyalty and will take no responsibility for anything at all.

Update 03/2024 - Treeline tried to flag this for ‘harmful content’ and have it deleted, I presume to try hide their bad actions with us. Trustpilot found it truthful, following their rules and republished it. I wouldn’t be surprised if the other positive reviews are manufactured now. Treeline feel free to get in touch if you want to rectify the situation from a couple of years ago.

I have used Treeline chalets in morzine for a few years now for family summer holidays, they have a warm welcome
when you arrive and cater for your needs through out your holiday, any problems are easily dealt with, should you have any.
great customer service. will have to try them in the winter next.
