Have used this company before & always been impressed. However on this occasion a few issues arose. I had paid extra for a specified delivery date & unfortunately a delay meant my tree was not delivered until the following day. Also really disappointed that the rise tree had been pruned back so much that there weren't even any buds, let alone flowers, on the tree.

Delivery time was good but I do think the item was expensive for what I received. It’s a silver birch sapling for a 25th wedding anniversary present and I am concerned that it doesn’t look particularly healthy. In hindsight I could probably have bought a similar specimen from a local plant nursery, some nice wrapping paper and definitely a better quality card for a lot less money.

I have received plant gifts from this company before and have had excellent service and a very good plant.

This time, the gift to my wife and I, a Citrus (sweet orange) arrived quickly, a very good small tree BUT on examination found about 40 burrowing small grubs were burrowing inside the leaves. I have so far taken off 35+ leaves, shoots and stems containing burrowing white caterpillars. After a few days more appear. I think it is 'The citrus leaf miner' I notified the company immediately and even sent colour photographs (twice) but after 8 days have so far had no response from the company.

The process went smoothly and efficiently from ordering to delivering. The rose was attractively presented and in good condition

I ordered a lemon tree and was very pleased with the whole process.
The tree arrived well packaged and I was kept up to date with the delivery, lovely tree and even had 3 lemons on it to ripen up.
It was given as a 50th birthday gift and was very well received- so much so it’s now called Larry the lemon tree 😆

Lovely gift for my best friend's special birthday. The plant was very healthy and in excellent condition.

Very disappointed at my Memorial Rose Bush that I bought for a relative after her mum passed away. DPD did not deliver on the said delivery date & instead delivered it the following day meaning it was with them more than 48hrs. It arrived very dry & sad looking. I tried phoning Tree to my Door around 16 times no one answered just a machine saying they couldn’t take any more calls. I then emailed them & I’m still waiting for a reply. I honestly could of bought 4 similar rose bushes in much better condition from my local garden centre for the price of this one including postage ( you live & learn. I would not recommend this company to any of my friends & family. They sadly took my money & that was it.

Tree arrived quickly, is a really high quality lemon tree with multiple lemons on. Would buy here again. Recipient loved it!

Great service from start to finish. Easy to order online. Plant arrived as arranged & it was well packaged.
It was slightly smaller than expected but I look forward to seeing it grow in my friends garden as it was a birthday present

Still waiting for delivery one week after paying for express next day delivery. No reply to 3 emails requesting resolution and response, unable to contact via landline contact as they do not reply answer and cannot leave message as their phone mailbox is full.

No product, No customer service

I placed an order for a lemon tree to arrive on a 60th birthday. Naturally the money was taken no problem… but everything else was a problem.

Delivery service didn’t try to deliver. Never heard from Tree2MYDoor about failure to deliver service. Took over 5 emails to them and three weeks to get a response from someone and finally secure a refund.

Shame service couldn’t be delivered. Bad the company don’t monitor this, get in touch, react or refund as soon as they are unable to deliver. Hard work for zero gain.

I was a little apprehensive about ordering a rose on the internet 5 days before the wedding. However, it was perfect! It came in a protective box, lovely wrapping and with several buds. I kept it outside in the shade, I never even watered it (but removed it from the box). The buds had started to open. I gave it to the bride the night before the wedding and it looked lovely. Really happy and would recommend. The rose was called “Wedding Day”

I ordered a willow wand for my sister. She has moved to a new address and was a little worried the tree would be lost on the way. No problems whatsoever and I had forgotten to say who it was from. Put it down to a senior moment!! I phoned the company and they very kindly added it to my message, no messing with having to do it on line. This was great customer service in my opinion and I would recommend you all to anyone. My sister was delighted with her gift and also intrigued, win,win. I did think it would arrive in a little pot so she wouldn’t have to worry about planting it straight away in the middle of unpacking but it didn’t worry her too much and she had some pots.

The ordering process was easy, and overall the communication was adequate. The delivery took longer than expected but this was at the door of the delivery company. The rose otself was delightedly received.
