The customer service, quality and presentation of the products from Tree2mydoor is second to none. I purchased a remembrance rose for friends going through the heartbreaking passing of a loved one in such tragic circumstances. I wanted something special to keep happy memories growing stronger. This gorgeous rose ticked every box and more. I hadn’t used this company before and was a little apprehensive because of the nature of the gift but I had no need to be, Tree2mydoor has brought happiness at such a difficult time and I can’t thank them enough. I highly recommend this company and will be purchasing again. Thank you

Terrible packaging, my tree was so small that it was left to roll up and down the huge box it was delivered in!! When planted ( following their guidelines) the twig did absolutely nothing. Six weeks of watering and nurturing and nothing. When contacted their ‘care’ line , was told ‘it’s your fault it’s dead because you planted it too deep’ !!! Don’t do it, go to a garden centre and choose one you can see is good.

Cherry Tree arrived dead. All their emails go into junk and they take ages to respond.

Do not bother and have a trip down to B&Q and pick up a living tree.

Lovely friendly company, who I would definitely use again. I ordered the white wedding Rose came beautifully packed in wonderful condition was as described in bud and flower. The recipient was overjoyed with the gift. Don’t hesitate to use this company.

Pain in the a*s site to use, not easy to see what's out of stock. Also they didn't give me an option for the lower rip off price for delivery and forced the £10 delivery charge. Don't recommend. Over priced when I could make the trip to Scotland, visit a garden centre and do this myself for less!!

Ordered a week ago and still no confirmed delivery date. Considering the gift is for a bereaved friend I feel really let down. Their excuse is a bank holiday. Knowing the bank holiday was imminent they could’ve made an effort to ship before maybe. Not a good experience for me.

Wouldn't go anywhere else for my gifted Rose Trees. Have purchased from this company many times and they always deliver beautifully presented gifts to pass on to loved ones or dear family and friends.

I ordered a lemon tree as an alternative Valentines present from Tree2mydoor, the item arrived on my chosen delivery day as planned, well packaged. The tree itself was lovely, just like the images on the website. I had a query regarding whether the tree was toxic to animals, this was answered promptly (and also meant I got to keep the tree for myself!). There was also plenty of information on a handy guide on the website regarding care & how to spot different deficiencies which was helpful

Excellent company. Ordered Olive Bush for a wedding present. Slight hiccup over input of delivery address but swiftly righted. Delivered 3 days after ordering and received with surprise and delight. The recipient says 'the bush is beautiful', so I'm very happy.

I am always a bit wary buying plants online, but in this case I had nothing to worry about. The rose bush arrived on time and in excellent condition. The leaves were green & glossy and there were plenty of buds ready to bloom. This was a gift for a Ruby Wedding Anniversary, and the recipients were delighted with it. I would highly recommend buying from Tree2mydoor 👍🏻

I ordered a fig tree for a birthday present but unfortunately it was damaged in transit. These guys immediately sent a replacement which was received intact and very much appreciated. Great customer service and highly recommended.

Ordered an Olive Tree for my daughter's birthday which fell on a Saturday so paid extra for a guaranteed Saturday delivery. Saturday arrived and when I checked the delivery details there was a message from DPD saying that delivery had been re-scheduled for Sunday. I e-mailed Tree2mydoor immediately asking them to expedite the Saturday delivery but initially received only an automated response. Later on Saturday I received another e-mail confirming a refund of the Sat delivery supplement and an apology.
Sunday arrived but the delivery did not. In fact it did not turn up until Monday afternoon. All these details have been sent to Tree2mydoor and in fairness they have responded quickly with apologies but there is obviously a delivery issue with their current carriers of which they should be aware and the £5 refund of the Saturday delivery premium is hardly recompense for the disappointment and embarrassment caused.
