The rosebush I ordered for a 60th birthday came quickly and beautifully gift wrapped. My friend was delighted with it. Although not in bloom yet another friend who was given the same plant said it performed very well. Excellent quality. Thank you!

The Tree was in great condition . My friend was thrilled with the Olive tree present and this would have been a 5 star review.
The downside was that the courier left the large box on the doorstep, where anyone could have taken it. This was in spite of me emailing the company to ask them to leave it with a neighbour, as the recipient was not going to be in

Can't fault the whole process from ordering to delivery - seamless.
Plus, the rose we ordered came in lovely packaging which was an added bonus. I would highly recommend. Thank you.

Ordered gift package on 28 December for delivery on 7 January. As it was a gift, delivery date was important. Not delivered on time, still not delivered. Unable to track package and no reply from this company. Will not use again

I have ordered twice from trees2mydoor.
Both times the recipients have reported that the plants were in good condition.
I've since heard that the lemon tree has produced multiple fruits.
No problems reported regarding delivery on selected day.

The customer service from Tree2mydoor was great. I had to make a change to the order for two Christmas presents, and Jamie was prompt in replying and really helpful, and saved the day!

We ordered a special rose for Grandad's birthday. Found the site easy to use. A good selection of products to choose from. Delivery was quick and the rose was beautifully packaged. That really amazed me the care that had been put into packaging. Stunning. Information included on how to care for the rose which is useful. Overall, really pleased and so was Grandad.

Thank you for your prompt and efficient service. I wanted to buy my Mother's sister a magnolia tree for Christmas as it was my Mother's favourite. We lost her in April and I thought this would be a lovely and growing gift to remind my aunt of her sister. Needless to say she was delighted-lots of tears too. So thank you for amazing company.

I was very pleased with the little olive tree - I bought just before Christmas. I was worried it might not look good, as so late in ordering, but it was a very nice shape and a very prompt delivery.

iv been previously very happy with orders from here but i ordered a tree 11 days ago and it has still not arrived... just says still in transit so i hope arrive soon

Ordering easy and straightforward, item delivered within timescale promised and son and wife very pleased with it.

The purchasing and the delivery were both excellent, however it seems absolutely amazing and unacceptable to me that you can sell a living tree without giving any indication of how to look after it, particularly on its arrival.
So 5star for your website and the delivery company but NO stars for your sales technique.

On delivery, 2 parcels left out in the wet having fallen over. However once parcels were opened, delighted with the product. Really healthy plants, nicely and festively presented, good value. Will make a lovely Xmas present

I ordered the at peace rose bush for my friend and his family after he lost his wife to cancer.She was only 38 leaving behind 2 young children.She loved roses and this was a great idea to have sent to them as a memorial to plant in their garden. Thanks guys they loved it.

We ordered a holly tree last year and it looks so wonderful that we decided to have a second one. One either side of the porch. So easy to order and delivered quickly. When it arrived it was packed perfectly and looks great. It’s got to catch up with its twin who is a year ahead but I’m so pleased with them both they are a perfect Christmas gift which will last for years and years.

Healthy plant delivered quickly at a competitive price. Can’t really ask for much more.
