Best avoid
Booked a weekend break to celebrate my partner's birthday. The booking was easy and simple enough, however, I believe companies are best judged on how they respond to problems/ issues, and in my case travel outlook is sadly lacking. Would never use them again.

There's a lack of freedom in this company's work environment. The managers micromanage the employees, and this doesn't help and only makes things less efficient. It's also demotivating when your managers check up on you every minute because you won't feel trusted enough. This also kills any form of creativity since you'll have people watching over your shoulders during every step of finishing your tasks.

Calm & Professional
I was struggling to find a room for our holiday vacation. I knew I should have reserved much earlier. The reservation agent finally found us a room. It was smaller than what I wanted but at least we were able to book a stay. I would just like to say how impressed I was with how my booking was handled.

Rude and unprofessional
I'd like to think that I was just unlucky to have talked to a very rude and unprofessional reservation specialist but working in the travel industry, one must know how to give great customer service. Unfortunately, they never knew it here. Aside from the rudeness, the process of booking was to slow for me. Overall, I had a disappointing experience and I don't recommend them.

Avoid this booking service
This booking agency is to be avoided like the plague - well never ever use such a poor service again in the future. The absolute lack of customer service and willingness to help is what makes this company worthless. Please avoid them at all consts!

The process of booking is too time-consuming. The executive will ask hundreds of questions every time you make a booking. It's time they work on making this process more efficient!
