If we had the opportunity to make this purchasing decision again, we would not sign with DearDoc.

Our experience has included incorrectly implemented features, lengthy resolution processes, disappointing lead volume, and blog content containing typos or inaccurate characterizations of our veterinary practice. Rather than saving our team time, the services have required considerable oversight and follow-up from our staff.

The Google booking integration is a good example. DearDoc confirmed requested changes, but the feature subsequently went live without them. We immediately raised concerns because the information being presented was inaccurate for our clients. After continued attempts to resolve the problem, we ultimately had the feature disabled. We then sought escalation over our broader concerns and waited 10 days, including an additional follow-up, before receiving a way to contact leadership.

Given the accumulation of problems and our dissatisfaction with the services, we asked DearDoc to release us from the remainder of our contract. They declined.

We understand that no marketing or technology service can guarantee results or operate without occasional errors. Our dissatisfaction comes from the cumulative experience: the results have not justified the amount of troubleshooting, correction, and staff involvement the services have required.

Prospective customers should thoroughly evaluate what the products actually do, ask for realistic expectations regarding leads, understand how generated content is reviewed, and pay particularly close attention to the contract term and provisions for ending the agreement.

BEWARE!! You will not get the results they promise. I do not recommend. They come up with every excuse and reason why you can't cancel until the next contract. They will tell you they will inform you before they charge your credit card and renew the contract but this is a big lie. They will continue to bill your credit card even after your service is cancelled. They will then send you to collections if you don't pay. We gave them a 4 months notice to cancel our contract and we are still having issues with Dear Doc. Don't sign up, you will regret it. If you look them up on the Better Business Bureau, they have had 85 claims in 3 years. I wish we would have done our research before signing a contract.

This Company has a very aggressive sales approach. They insist you sign the contract before you are allowed to review it. We asked for them to send us the contract but have yet to receive a final signed copy We asked for second meeting to go over the benefits of their product, and if it would benefit us, but they started the onboarding process immediately, not at all what we were asking for. We have never used this product or gone thru the onboarding, but they bill us monthly for a service we are not utilizing, and it turns out we already have with a current vendor.

I’ve been a customer for the last four years. Most recently, they charged my credit card on file a month earlier than they should have, without notifying me, and an amount higher than my contract amount. They charged a credit card fee and a tax on top of it, even though these fees were not charged in the past. A decent company would’ve notified the client prior to any charges and been clear about any additional fees, but they did this surreptitiously, hoping no one would notice. Once they have your credit card on file, they will charge whatever fees they want and will feel no compunction to rectify any mistakes they have made. This is not a company that values their customers. Any appeals will be met with indifference or silence. In addition, given the advancements in AI, their chatbots are grossly outdated given what they charge. Don’t waste your time with this company.

The support team at DearDoc is amazing. While utilizing a platform where data comes in and out on a daily and such a mass amount it's important to have a dedicated team for when adjustments are needed. I tend to work with Fernanda who listens so well and always adaptable to the situation. Not to mention her timeliness. We use DearDoc throughout our entire organization and we are all pleased with it.
