They are unethical people, they deliver poor work and when you show them the proof to refund you they play games and never refund you back.

I paid for a question on 6 Jan and still haven't received the solution. When I asked for a refund, they say they are trying to get the solution. It's been more than a month now. I have still not received anything. Bloody scammers!

I signed up for a ONE-DAY-ACCESS! So how does that translate to 1 day and a subscription?! I was seeking help with a homework problem and didn't think the contributor to Chegg was correct. What I found on Transtutors was the absolute IDENTICAL work I had found on Chegg... copied and pasted. And then they sent a receipt that said the word subscription. I tried using their "24/7 chat" to verify that I have NO INTENTION of paying for a subscription. I got someone to answer once, and they disappeared after I told them that I was trying to make sure this was one-day access ONLY and not a subscription. I tried calling and only got an answering machine. I emailed, but today I see they have charged me. So now I have to wait for it to hit my credit card before I can contest it. AND I WILL - EACH AND EVERY TIME THEY TRY!

I ordered 15 pages MLA formal paper with a difficult topic. And the deadline was 5 days Thanks to this service that such in a short term they provided me with a high quality writing. this is fraud site, i bought subscription of this site, and answers were mostly fake

This company is a hoax. They don't have tutors who can really understand question and work accordingly. In my experience I have had the worst experience with this service and I don't recommend anyone to use this service. They simply outsource their work to India where the tutor doesn't work accordingly with the deadline. They don't let you to have conversation with the tutor and scam money off of you in the name of deadline. Once you have paid the money. They barely reply your text, assignment status. All of the transtutor service is money scam. They have this refund policy but never excute accordingly.

This company is so bad to deal with incorrect answers, they send you back I completed answers and you can go back to them 5 or 6 times and they say they have completed everything. It is just a time wasting exercise and if you think they will provide a refund even when you have paperwork signed to say it failed they won’t refund. This is nothing short of an overseas scamming your money not sure how they are allowed to get away with it.. I also pretty sure any positive reviews you see about this company are being written by Transtutors themselves.

This company tries to get you in by telling you that they have answers to your questions, but once you pay the subscription fee of $20, you are then told that you have to pay to get answers to our questions. My fee was $40 on top of the $20 subscription fee! Stay away. This site is a ripoff!!

I’m regularly in touch with these online assignment providers and experts but the services provided by Transtutors is totally unbelievable! I got to know about the team from one of my college mate so I thought to try it once and gave them a small task. And ohh my gosh!! The quality and the presentation of the report swinged my mind towards them.. it was very much detailed yet crisp. I’ll strongly recommend it to try!!

Would give zero stars if I could. I needed assistance on a problem and saw they has a "solution". I paid $24.50 for the 'solution" only to find the that part a and b were incorrect, and the creator did not even answer part c or d. When I asked for assistance with the online support chat, they ignored me completely. After an hour of waiting, they told me to email the support line. I emailed with a manager, Cindy Nell, who completely ignored my email as well. Horrible experience with this company. False advertising with "solutions" and ignoring so they will not have to reimburse.

I'm a ranker student in Victoria University and usually do my assignments by myself but due to pressure and time I needed to give in labs, I was left with no time. Therefore I gave my 5 assignments to Transtutors. I received the assigned work in the given time and it was actually good! Before submitting I checked it once and made some changes like language and structure so that it'll match my writing style.
Through this I maintained my grades like before.
It really felt me good to work with the Transtutors team. I personally suggest all of you guys to explain your work to the team and have enough time in your hand so that it won't hamper you later.

I have to do the group assignment where i did not knew how and what has to be done. Additionally i did not wanted my other mates to suffer because of my fault and then i decided to go with Transtutors. They completed my part perfectly also with the pointers which helped other mates in solving it further. It was seriously wonderful working with the team!

I did my report but it was not that good, i was missing some details and couldn't able to complete it. that time i asked Transtutors to provide me some help in in suggesting the proposal, editing my already written pieces, proof-reading and formatting the content. They performed all these tasks in just 2 days and I was seriously very amazed to see the modification their experts have done in my work!

Scam.. I got 100% plagiarism and he not responding to my calls

The assignment was of very poor quality and never to trust this website: my assignment was delayed by 4.30 hours with irrelevant solutions and now they argue no refund is issued for solution delay, but the website says 100% refund for any delays. The solution given was of a third class quality and doesn’t have at least 5th grade standards. The website is fake and misleading the students. All the reviews and 5- star ratings for transtutors is NOT GENUINE. Just to avoid they keep saying discounts will be provided for next assignment and said refund is not possible as the experts have put efforts on, which is totally disagreed by looking at the low class quality and with a lot of delay. Pls everyone file a complaint against this and there is no genuine office in Sydney and USA and everything is operated in India with fake customer representative names.

Just a scam, if you want your paper to be done 2 weeks later after your due date then hire these people, they won`t even talk to you after you pay them and if you object their work they will tell you we will fix it and that means never, i had a really bad experience with them all the way

Don't trust them at all, really bad quality writing, most of it copy paste, after they get your money no one will return your call ,go somewhere else and save your money

Don't be fooled by the good reviews most likey written by this company.

This company is a group (or one acting as a group) of liars who do anything to get your money upfront and then provide a POOR POOR service. After being guranteed an 'A' grade I recieved a near failing grade. They then wanted to see the corrected answeres but they dont want you to send nearly all types of files (.doc, .pdf, excel, ect..). They advertise a phone number but no one answers or calls back. I believe this company is designed from the start to offer a poor quality service most likely utilizing low-paid staff in countries with lax labor laws.

After asking countless times, they still dont answer to my question of the name of an officer in the company.

Waste of time and money. Sure that the good reviews are given by the company people on their own as they have no tutors who can actually complete the assignment.
