the worse website ever seen. They did not provide me answer and in return, they uploaded me a fake wrong file as final report. they will not refund your money at all and no one answer u. Honestly, they just want to steal your money.

They charge my card under "trasnweb". They can't even spell. Complete Scam. Incorrect answers and they won't cancel my subscription. For the past 6 months, I have tried to cancel and they give me the runaround.

I paid for a solution, and had to sign a subscription. The solution was totally incorrect and irrelevant to my topic. The only way I can cancel is by paypal. They do not want to refund any money. Be ware - DONT pay for this service. It is below par and the fine print will cost you money.

All of the good reviews are clearly fake/run by bots. Transtutors are fake as hell. They run by Indians in a 3rd world country. They overprice for simple work, don’t turn it in on time, have the grammar and English of a 2nd grader, and when they fail your assignment they will never give you a refund. Complete frauds and con artists taking advantage of desperate students. Total joke

I am really disappointed with transtutors. I have ordered my assignment in april 2020 and their tutor was unable to complete the order even after one month, so I cancelled that order. Now its end of july 2020 and I have not received my refund yet. They keep on saying its already generated just taking time, when I ask them to show any receipt or any kind of confirmation, they said we don't give any receipts. Its really annoying. Hope I can give zero or below zero stars.

Watch out and stay away from this so called tutor professional service. They are more like a scammer and put the blame on you with silly excuse. Don't ever trust this website.

They provide better answers but worst of all is in terms of their pathetic subscription policy. They debited subscription money two times. The customer care supports this policy and they are not ready for a refund. They are not polite in response. Even if you mistakenly hit the subscribe option for 5 times you will be debited five times for the subscription and you will not have a refund.

transtutors provided a low-quality assigment and want me to pay for the same assignment. Can I ask Paypal to refund my money as the assignment was never submitted? Guys as a group let's report translators to PayPal and ensure they don't do this to anyone.

They will not give you a refund for the incomplete and incorrect solution. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Save your time and money.

This company the advertise its good but the service look like sneak thief cause when they start it promise we have a good team and will promise find out the best person help you faster than you belive in minimum time, after the many hours look after your request they send you following chat if need your order faster done add more for money we will find out the expert
I belive this company it's a educated people but they screw it rush customers for make more money in the right time anyway when we requested for service must pay rightway but if the customer want to cancel because the servicecwasnot good after 10 to 15 days money will return.

truly dissatisfied with the services provided me and my friend gave 3 of our assingments to done of word limit 2000 word they just gave us assinment with 750 word each and tried to call and send message but their coustomer support team doesnot reply properly. now I am left with 750 word on the last day of submission. if you dont want to waste you time and money please dont choose transtutors.

The worst tutors ever. I have got literally 0 marks because of this website tutor provided me a paper, that got 100% similarity to the previous student paper. please do not believe these Stupids, I lost 300 marks because of Transtutor. Please do not believe these tutors who's just copy and past from other student paper( I have every legal proofs that transtutor is worst website and also they charge tooooo much to write a paper).
I would recommend these guys out of the industry because they literally screwed my life. I got F in the subject because I believed in ill-iterative tutors of this website.

This company advertises tutoring services. After doing some research I decide to give them a try. The user experience on the website is so flawed that the site kept glitching out when attempting to make an account. The site finally normalized and offered me %15 a month subscription. I finish signing up and the page begins to glitch and reload. I check my bank statement, and I was charged three times! I consented and pressed confirm once! So I have a charge for two full price memberships on my account and another charge for the discounted rate, which is the only one I signed up for. Then after scouring the site for over an hour trying to find some semblance of customer service to help me correct these charges and the customer service is ALL BOTS. On top of that, transTutors has a strict NO REFUND policy. A site that seems to purposefully glitch when I'm confirming payment and will not refund me money I never wished to spend is simply committing fraud. So after this, I keep emailing the bots begging to refund me my money because my student bank account was now overdraft and I was at risk of losing another -$36 daily until my next payday. I lost a total of $112 I did not have and did not consent to give because of the incompetence of transtutors.

After being broken and defeated and not able to feed myself for three days, I suck up the loss. I have been scammed and robbed online before so this is not my first time being the victim of a cyber crime. So I go through the tedious steps to delete my account so I won't keep getting charged by these scam artists. After a week of attempting to disable my account, I get an email from someone that claimed to be the co-founder asking why I wanted to cancel my service. I respond in detail about the fraud his company has committed. I get no response. 22 days later, this company is still trying to charge and overdraft my bank account. On top of still attempting to charge me for a service they never delivered on, the co-founder emails me again as if he did not receive any of my complaints through chat records on the site or emails I sent him. I'm quite certain the "co-founder" is fake and a cam just like this whole site.Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money for coursehero. There is no hope with translators.

This is my first and last time using transtutors. They are unable to meet deadlines, when you finally get your work it is incorrect and not completed. One of my most horrible experiences. Reps do not respond to questions. It is a waste of time and money using Transtutors.
