This is the second time ive used Transport Hub for a hen weekend and again they didnt disappoint !! Emma is incredible!!! Both times ive been stressed with the organising and she has put my mind at rest !!! Ash the driver turned up an hour early to make sure he got a space right outside the pick up point and loaded all the luggage onto the coach so we was able to head off in good time ! Nothing was too much trouble ! He even waited with some of the luggage so we didnt have to walk with it all at once (we couldnt park outside because it was just for pedestrians)! Thank you transport hub ...you are the only transport company i will ever use x

Alex Hart made the booking process easy as it was complicated. The minibus hire company Lewis Transport were brilliant doing shuttle runs to our mini rugby tournament. They would even stop and pick up some lost souls who could not fine the bus stop. Fantastic service.

We booked this company as far back as January for wedding transport for six people, with the deposit paid and the job confirmed. The day before the event, we reconfirmed the three separate addresses for pick-up. On the day itself, no vehicle arrived at the scheduled time. When we called, we were repeatedly told the driver would be 5–10 minutes away — but they eventually showed up 50 minutes late.

To try and claw back time, the driver skipped one of the confirmed pick-ups. One pair in our group arranged and paid for their own taxi to the final pick-up point to avoid us all missing the ceremony. We arrived at the venue just as guests were being seated — incredibly stressful and not what we had planned.

To make matters worse, the driver asked us for another deposit on arrival, despite this being paid and confirmed months earlier. No apology was given — just visible annoyance that we were in a rush to get inside.

What made things even more stressful was that we had no idea if return transport would actually show up later that night. This should have been a straightforward job — three pickups and three drop-offs, all booked months in advance — but it was handled with poor communication and zero accountability. Hugely disappointing.

Everything was great and we received the service we agreed! The bus driver was polite and on time! Emma who was responsible for the booking did a terrific job and made sure everything was perfect! Thank you!!

Booked a minibus to take my son and his friends to his birthday party. Driver failed to show up on the day. No communication from driver or company to tell the there was a problem. Belatedly got a message saying 'there was an issue' but no more information provided. I then had to chase several times to get a refund of my deposit.

Website was easy to use and the quote I received was fantastic. Alex Hart then sent me the quote confirmation with the deposit amount. After paying the deposit everything was fully confirmed (simples).
On the day the driver (Alfan) arrived promptly and was very friendly. He picked us up from Slough and took us into London, then picked us up that night and got us all back home safely.
Have used these guys twice now & both times I've had no complaints.
Would recommend and use again.

We had a church programme in London and had to book transportation so as to enable us travel as a group.

I contacted Transport Hub and Sam was the agent allocated to help us.

Sam made sure everything went well and was happy to answer all our questions, replying promptly to messages.

Sam was also kind enough to follow up the journey ensuring the drivers got to the pick up destination on time.

We will definitely be booking with Transport hub uk again in the future.

Due to a last minute flight change we needed a 16 seat minibus at short notice for a funeral, we had to get from Exeter airport to Southampton airport. Sorting this could have been really stressful but Sarah was amazing throughout. The communication was great and bus turned up as planned. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sarah and Transporthubuk

Hi transport hub where brilliant even though they asked for refundable deposit for drinking they gave us it back and the driver was amazing he went above and beyond and he picked us up on time and accommodated us for our music choices and for stops on the way to Derry.

Great booking system and communication from the organisers in the run-up to our booking. Driver on the day was fantastic, arrived earlier and waited for all members of our party to arrive. Great experience.
