Great customer service, had a phone call after order to say when our delivery would come. The trampoline is strong and good quality. Fantastic for teens. Not too tricky to put together.

Very quick delivery would definitely recommend 😊

Fast delivery, great price and premium product! It was easy for two of us to put up, took about an hour, and it's solid, hopefully last us a good few years. I would definitely shop here again, thank you!

Great product definitely recommend quality excellent definitely purchase again Thanks

Good service on time and good stuff

Polite friendly efficient staff who did what they promised. (Very refreshing these days). The problem of delivering to the IOW can at best be difficult, we did experience a delay in our delivery through no fault of Lee and his company,
but in the courier company, Lee and his staff went over and above trying to track our order which we have now received safely. The trampoline is erected giving our grandson hours of pleasure!! So a huge 'Thankyou' to all the staff.

Excellent knowledge and overall helpfulness upon initial phone call enquiry.

Quick update on proposed delivery and delivery communications thereafter.

Sturdy and quality product received.

Excellent communication, fantastic service and the trampoline is exceptional

Good personal customer service, ordered my trampoline and soon had a follow up phone call to confirm my order.
Good quality trampoline, my grandchildren are delighted with their new rectangular trampoline

Excellent service and product. Communication from the moment of ordering was excellent. Delivery was hassle free. Trampoline itself is excellent quality. Would definitely recommend.

Very efficient and delivered on time. The quality is good and easily assembled

After buying a few cheap(ish) trampolines from supermarkets and toy stores that only lasted a few months, I purchased a 12 foot trampoline from Trampoline Warehouse. It lasted for years and we've only recently got rid of it because it took up most of the garden and the older kids have now grown up.
An example of how good the service is, about 3 years after my purchase, I phoned them to buy some replacement nuts and bolts for the enclosure as some had snapped or sheared. Trampoline Warehouse sent them for free!
We've now purchased an 8 foot trampoline for our youngest son. It looks great and he loves it. Hopefully it will last as long as the 12 foot one.
