Trampoline Warehouse are a great company.
I had to contact their customer services department who answered my call promptly and they were able to answer the query I had regarding my order.
They should be commended for their efficient, helpful and polite service that they provide .
The trampoline arrived in time for my grandsons birthday and he was so thrilled with his present.

Great advice when purchasing trampoline. Very helpful and professional with providing replacement part. Would definitely recommend.

Great trampoline, great customer service!

They gave me very good advice on finding a trampoline that matched pretty specialist needs. There was an issue with it four months later, and they immediately provided me with replacement parts without charge. Very good service.

Really great service! Good price and Excellent product!!!! Really happy. Thank you trampoline warehouse.

Great communication throughout! Very happy with the purchase! Excellent design and very sturdy.

Frame isn’t very sturdy, it flexes as my daughter bounces, which loses power from the bed.
Net was too big, had a replacement sent out promptly.

Great quality trampoline (7x10 rectangle) with excellent customer service. I emailed late on a Sunday to say the spring cover had a tear in it and they called me first thing Monday to say they’ll replace it. Why don’t other companies do customer service like this? It’s simple to make a quick and friendly phone call. Well done trampoline warehouse

Great communication after my purchase. There was a slight issue with the delivery and the service people were straight on it and ensured I got the trampoline in time for the weekend. Great service and very friendly helpful people.

Great company to deal with, communication first class would highly recommend.

Bought as a gift for my grandson. It met all our expectations. The little mischievous one is very happy! My recommendation - improve the assembly diagram, especially for the upper circle. Wonderful, correct service!

This is the second trampoline we have purchased, the previous one lasted over 10 years! We chose to buy again from trampoline warehouse as we knew we would be getting a professional service with an excellent product. We received both! In addition, I called customer service beforehand to clarify options and suitably, both were answered with knowledge and patience! Outstanding service on both fronts and delighted with our purchase! Thank yon!

The whole transaction was great from start to finish - a courtesy call after the order was appreciated and the delivery arrived with no fuss or complications. Would use again!
