Trajector was always professional and thorough and starting the process of earning my VA disability. Well, it started with one issue, through their complete interview, it turns out I have several more. We haven’t reached an outcome yet, but I look forward to where the journey is taking us.

Once my initial interview took place their is nothing more important to me than staying informed. I served 9 years and spent my last 8 months in Desert Shield / Desert Storm. Yes I would recommend this service when you want results, they will do know their paperwork and will set up appointments for you to get everything checked out and submit it for you and they get it all verified to send it in to get reviewed by the VA to find out what you are qualified for, and their charges are 5 x the amount of increase of the benefits that you are eligible for.

They started out telling us how he would qualify based on their experience. End result husband was denied benefits for 6 conditions. When I called to let them Trajector know they were only concerned with their invoice and would could they expect the payment. I asked for assistance in the appeal process and they said we needed to hire a lawyer because they cannot assist with appeals. Do not waste your money!

The front end of this process was amazing! The team is very professional and transparent. I was given honest, helpful answers to every question I asked. The interview with the nurse about my symptoms was clear, well organized and efficient. I was truly impressed with the staff and the process.

Preparation for claim exams. The preparation meeting prior to the exams was extremely helpful. I was a little nervous before the claim exams, but very confident after the preparation meeting with the team. Every question I asked was answered completely and accurately. The team member that worked with me was well prepared, asked relevant questions and provided topics to consider that was critical to my preparations for the claim exams.

After receiving the award letter from the VA, the professionalism and transparency that was so impressed with, completely dissapeared.
I was lead to believe that Trajector would do a professional audit of the results from the VA. I was told that the auditor would verify the benefit was calculated correctly. I understood that I would be provided with suggestions for moving forward. I was told it could take a couple of weeks to complete the audit.

I reached out for status of the audit four weeks after I provided the award letter. The response said that my audit would be prioritized and I would hear back soon. I again reached out for status six weeks after the award, the reply was identical.
I had questions about an inconsistency with one of the claims and requested claim exams. No meaningful response.

Within 30 minutes of the non helpful response to the six week inquiry, I received the "audit report" via email.

The audit report was tabular summary of the results that I could have done in less than 30 minutes myself. There was ZERO professionalism in this audit report. There was no indication that the benefit calculations were verified. There was no information about potentially related claims I might consider.

I was waiting on the audit report, hoping it would be helpful for me in the preparation of the supplemental claim I needed to submit. There was explanation of why the VA would have not requested a claim exam, but denied one of the claims because there was no evidence provided. Needless to say, I was disappointed in the lack of anything substantive in the "audit report." I wasted 6 weeks waiting for an unprofessional, effortless audit.

Trajector did not waste a day getting my payment, but wasted 6 weeks, not performing a meaningful audit.

Had a Zero % on my first trying, this is my second try and Trajector medical was able to get me 20% I’m thankful for them,

Trajector is a scam. They email and text you a day and time they will call. And you wait by your phone all day and don't hear from them. It's totally BS if you ask me.I think they just try to get us vets hooked on their gimmick. They should be reported to the BBB. As a matter of fact I'll file a complaint with them

I started my claim at the beginning of November 2025; it was completed and submitted by December 24, 2025. Within a months time I went from 10-90%.

High-pressure sales pitches to take advantage of people looking for earned benefits. You do not need this company to get you the benefits that you earned. I did the process on my own after the insulting high-pressure sales pitches.

Got 8 thousand dollar b ack payment from va comp.signed 33 percent payment.was charged 8 thousand bill by them.this is scam company.

Trajector has been professional, thorough and fast. Less than three weeks from first consultation to my VA decision letter.

I have had to do all the work for my claim. Its been over a year and a half since they took my intake call. Trijector calls or messages me every 6 weeks or so asking me if I heard anything. After a year of this I called an SVO to help. I signed a form giving them authorization to and within 30 days I got results. Only after I got an SVO involved did anything happen on my VA claim. Its still pending. Trijector still calls every 4 to 6 weeks and if they think they are getting credit for my claim, they are full of shit. Its very sad that the person that calls me is NOT American and they are NOT even located in our country. Our information is being accessed by foreigners in a 3rd world country. How can a company represent us veterans and have theor business operations out of another country. Disgraceful. Trijector cant deny it. It was their staff member that told me this information.
