Total scam. They charged my card without my permission for things I did not agree to ‘privacy premium guard’ and ‘monitoring’

I would avoid because they will take money from your card. I am reporting them to the FTC

Easy and Stress free! I absolutely recommend Trademarkia. They took care of everything at every step of the way. Every time I had questions they responded quickly and walked me through what was being asked of me. This was my first time applying for a Trademark and they took all the worry away. Will definitely use again.

The staff. They were patient and available to walk us through, what seemed like a challenging process.

As always it is a seamless process with Trademarkia and getting my trademarks researched, processed, and approved.

Absolute nightmare to deal with, they will take your money and then nothing will happen. You won't get reference number for your application, if you check with USPTO there is no trace of trademark being applied for, just a SCAM.
If you call them up on it they pretend to escalate the. issue, and say your refund will be processed in 7-10 days..... Guess what? Nothing happens then either. The positive reviews are definitely fake and I bet the "Lawyers" they have on their web are just stock photos....
Outrageous and appalling.
I guess I can say goodbye to my $299.
They should call themselves No. 1 Scamming company in the US. The only thing they do well is their bloody SEO and pay per click campaign, if they ran that business at least they'd earn an honest living...

Working with Jade Mercurius was wonderful. She was so friendly, prompt and was able to quickly help me with my log in issues. I rarely have someone who is so competent and able to resolve problems- it made my day!

Trademarkia is a scamy business. Run FAR AWAY!

1. They use clear bait-and-switch business practices.
2. The company website has no contact phone number / email address.
3. Shopper Approved rating is a PAID service ($599.00/month) to legitimize companies...kind of like a PR firm.
4. Consumers jump through hoops/call-backs to cancel service and be refunded.
5. Major part of Trademarkia reputation management involves suppressing negative SEO search results, while highlighting positive ones.
6. Trademarkia routinely pushes negative links in SERPs. They replace Google business profiles that have a lot of negative reviews.
7. Trademarkia baits customers on a $99 offer, then upsells them in the small print. Guess what, they're lawyers!
8. Complaints like ours are the cost of doing business for them. They make a refund deal and move on.
9. Most of 5 stars on this page are fake.

But...if you are a victim we suggest filing with your local Bureau of Internet and Technology at the State District Attorney.

'Please be noted you have opted for our promotional services, currently listed on our website, which feature a $99/class legal fee (in addition to the $350/class government fee), however this option is only available if you sign up for our trademark watch service, which is billed at $99/quarter indefinitely. If you cancel the watch service prior to the third quarter, you are automatically upcharged to the $299 option listed above.'

The attorney, Katie Yoches, who registered my trademark was wonderful and submitted my application promptly and I paid only $99 + government fees. However, I discovered that they charged me for a monitoring service an additional fee of $99 even before the trademark was registered, so what were they monitoring? It was a scam. For the past 2 weeks, I emailed them several times, then yesterday I received an explanation which was worse than the illegal charges. It's bad for a company to miss up its reputation using hidden charges. I am disappointed even though I had used them a few years ago without any problem back then.

Looking back on the 2-year journey, one part of the process that could have been easier would be the photography approval process. There seemed to be something wrong with every photo we submitted which made the process so much longer than it needed to be but they are the experts so trust is key!

They got it done - maybe not with the TM we were looking for but we are registered and feel good about that. Everyone was great! Follow up was amazing! Couldn't have done it without them!

YOU DON'T HIRE THEM! You will hire them for a price, then, the mark search is charged 99$ per quarter so the will do everything as the can to make you spent time waiting for responses to ensure you pay as much as you can waiting for them. Some users here have reported 4 years!!!

During first month, the didn't filed my trademark registration. Also they answered to me at least 5 times with automatic emails "We are so busy but don't worry you are important to us"

My asigned lawer Katie, last 2-5 days to answer every single mail, and most of times she answered just because I forced her to answer.

An their were constatly trying me to hire new services with hidden fees.

Don't loose time with them.
Also, I recommend check reviews on this page, seems most of 5 stars are fake.

This company made it easy and relatively straightforward to apply for a trademark. And that’s relatively rare.

I paid $99 for the "service." I have never heard from a real person. I get marketing emails marketing more services. So I go to cancel my subscription (no idea what is being subscribed to at this point). That appears to be successful. Check my bank account, they immediately charged me $200. Again, I have never heard from anyone. Complete scam.

We ended up having to file twice, because we were not instructed on which class was the correct one to use the first time. That is why I give your company 4 stars.

Update 04/19
Now, the matter has been resolved. I was personally contacted, the issue was clarified, and the money was refunded, with a very good offer submitted. In the end, I can say that it was definitely not a scam. However, I do see a lot of potential for improvement in the marketing strategy and communication.

I received another marketing email and simply replied that no one had contacted me yet regarding the refund, and that I still haven't received the product or my money back. Surprisingly, I received a response and a ticket was opened, where I had to enter the transaction data again for $300. Shortly after, I received a response that it was being processed and that it could take up to 12 days.

I wouldn't have a problem with waiting a bit, as I run a business myself and know that sometimes things get busy. However, what I always have to do is keep customers informed! If I remain accessible and inform my customers, not everyone will be satisfied, but I'll get a lot fewer issues.

If, instead of getting feedback on the processing, all I get are marketing offers, it just makes me angrier. I can't say how this will end yet, we'll have to wait and see. In any case, I would recommend to Trademarkia to adjust their email campaigns and connect them to the ticket system. As long as a customer has an open ticket, I wouldn't overload them with offers. Instead, I would send an email every three days saying something like, "Dear customer, we haven't forgotten about you, and we're working to solve your issue as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and trust, and here's a 10% coupon for your next purchase, which we're sure will go better."
These are the basics of customer centricity oriented email marketing!

Hard to say where the problem lies and whether it's a scam or not. In any case, I bought a package for $99. It's so well done that you can hardly tell it comes with a quarterly subscription for $99. In the end, you're worse off than with the competition.

I canceled the subscription, and they immediately charged another $200. In seconds. I wasn't interested, so I canceled it right away. However, there doesn't seem to be any money-back guarantee here. I had to read through the entire help section, FAQ, and the lengthy terms and conditions to find an email address. Finally, I canceled it. Response time was in days, so I sent multiple emails and even tried chatting. In the end, they confirmed that my refund request was accepted.

Then someone else contacted me, saying they're working hard on my order. I replied that the order was canceled, and there's no need to work on it anymore. They ignored me and kept working.

After repeatedly refusing everything due to my cancellation that happened just a few minutes after the purchase, no one responds anymore.

No contact, no money, and I'm out $300.

I purchased the 99.00 plan an attorney contacted me about getting my paperwork together so I had a few questions for her and she never got back to me. It has been over 2 days now and I also paid the extra 49.00 to speed up the process and guess what it's going on 3 days and no one has returned my email. POOR SERVICE!!

Applied for and received a Trademark on a company logo.

Process was smooth and had responsive feedback from the Trademarkia representative through the application process and then while waiting for the Patent Office to complete the application.

Quick and easy. Great advice and explanation of what was needed for my first trademark. Will definitely use them again!

The company advertises its trademark registration service as "starting from $99," but it is only the price of one of three installments. The actual price is $297.

Ironically, the sales rep I talked to said that she's aware of the misleading advertisement and has conveyed the problem to her supervisors multiple times, yet the company still refuses to play fair.
