Hidden fees and extremely poor customer service - hours on the phone, email, and chat wasted
For the past 60 days I have been trying to get a refund for a service that I did not use. I reached out within the cancellation period and didn't receive a response. I then had a customer service call that lasted 40 min where I was transferred to multiple departments and was told I would be refunded. I was not refunded. I then reached out via chat, which gave me an AI response to send an email to the specific department and told in writing "They will review and respond within two business days." I then sent an email and did not receive a response within 2 business days. So I sent a follow up - no response. And right now I'm currently on minute 37 of a customer service call where they have transferred me 4 times and every time it's to someone who can't help me. Still on the line as I write this.
UPDATE - still no resolution: The call was 53 minutes and the situation remains unresolved. The person on the call told me that my case had been escalated and was supposed to be resolved in 7 business days after my first call but they missed the deadline and nothing was communicated.
