Super duper!
Tracey is a very thoughtful artist, and her yarns reflect that. My set is wonderfully dyed; the saturation is just right, and the colors are bright in the best way. The ETAs listed on her site were accurate, but she still keeps her customers well-informed of where she is in process. Overall, I'm a happy guy.

Colors are absolutely beautiful! Packed nicely and turnaround was just fine for my dyed to order skeins. And shipping to the US was good. I can’t wait to start my project with them! Definitely will order again in the future!

Beautiful silk, dazzling colours, I am looking forward to trying new patterns of embroidery with it!
My only gripe is that I found the p&p a bit steep; this is a very light product, after all; yes, it is securely packaged, and sent tracked post, but a padded envelope would have been quite sufficient in my opinion.
As I said, it's a minor thing, and it won't deter me from ordering again! Such gorgeous threads deserve the highest praise! 💕❤️💕

Hi Marie! Thank you for loving the embroidery yarns. Re the postage gripe - all of my parcels are sent tracked, and tracked postage is expensive. The packaging itself also costs money. I do not believe in independent sellers making a loss on postage, it's a firm boundary I have. Small sellers like me can't be expected to lose money on postage just to keep up with the 'biggies' who can afford to charge less for postage (or nothing at all) to entice customers - I'm sure you'll agree that's not fair on us :) Trust me, I'm not making any money on it! Neon for life
There is just something about Tracey’s yarn, it’s so unique and beautiful. It’s always worth waiting for and when it arrives I can’t stop looking at it, squishing it. Tracey is always open and honest about any delays keeping customers up to date regularly. I seem to hang on to any skeins to make sure I am using in a project that is worthy of her yarn. I won’t stop buying her yarn until I’ve got every single colour way!!

Everything was wonderful
Everything was wonderful! The yarns are beautiful and the colors are even more vibrant in person. The customer service was exceptional and she kept me informed of any delays and adjustments with shipping prices. I’m looking forward to buying more in the future!
