Poor packaging
You would think that when you purchase a pair of kids shoes for $105 that they would arrive in a box to prevent possible damage. But no, they were shipped in a plastic bag in another plastic bag, considering they were posted from the UL to Australia I’m surprised that they weren’t squashed more than they were. Delivery time was reasonable, perhaps because they weren’t in a box.

Product didn't arrive despite tracker showing it had been in the country for eight days. Next offered me a $10 refund as a gesture (on a pair of $90 children's shoes) and asked me to give them a few more days to look into it, and then a few more on top of that. Didn't feel like a serious enough effort on their end, so I cancelled the order and closed my account.
Sub-standard Packaging & Colour Discrepancy.
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes & they arrived together a day early in a battered & torn standard grey plastic shipping bag. The original shoe boxes were not included, (which I prefer to have), and instead 1 of each pair of shoes was wrapped in tissue paper & the other in a plastic bag. It was the same for the other pair of shoes. Fortunately, both pairs of shoes were in good order & fitted perfectly. It was a pity that they were delivered in such a shabby fashion.
The Loafers were described as Chalk White & on arrival they were identical in colour.
Unlike the boat shoes, which were described as BROWN, but all of the onscreen images appeared to be TAUPE, (which is a light brown). However, when they arrived, they were definitely a VERY DARK BROWN.
Overall, I am satisfied with both pairs of shoes but not including the original shoe boxes & the colour discrepancy has cost "NEXT" a star.
Omg don’t do it
Omg don’t do it. I ordered something to a auspost parcel locker and there was no warning they don’t deliver to parcel lockers. Been around in circles for hours between team global express (also 1 star), auspost and Next. Next claim I was speaking to a human but it was like a bot going around and around not even trying to help. Copy paste answers. I would have to ask questions in all caps to try and get them to answer questions I asked 5 times. The most frustrating experience. I will never shop with them again. I used to shop here in the UK and they were all good. No idea why they’ve cooked this online Australia experience SO BAD. They should be embarrassed.
Not exactly ‘heavy’ t shirt set
I bought three sets of the t shirts. The set described as ‘heavy’ does not match the description and the photo provided which is more a jersey thickness - so that was quite disappointing - the quality of that set is probably less than standard quality of Cotton On and Sportsgirl for around same price. I bought two more ‘sets’ of t shirts including set of 10 in ‘standard’ weight. These t shirts are thinner than again other ‘standard’ tees from other brands. On the up aside - the cut of the t’s in body length and arms is good and on trend with the boxy look. The colors are nice which is why I purchased - will see how they go in the wash. Delivery was also fast and no hassle.
Delivery estimate I way off
Delivery estimate I way off. Only half my items got delivered and when I asked they said it had all been delivered even though I had an email to prove that wasn’t the case. Really poor customer service.

I loved Next in the UK and have now been in Australia for 15 years. Next AU always delivers so quickly and the quality of their clothes has remained great. Also a UK size 8 is more like a Au 6 so probably order a size up from your normal one. That’s the same wherever you shop in the UK and not just Next.
I never received the product
I never received the product. They refused to provide me with any tracking details of package, including parcel number, date and time of delivery, or contact details of the delivery company, but adamant that it was delivered. They sent me a photo of the said package (semi dark lighting in someone’s house?) claiming that was evidence of delivery. Received refund but only after them telling me that I should’ve contacted them sooner, and my request for the tracking details of the package.
Toxic air from all the airfresheners - can’t breathe!!
Don’t get me wrong I do like Next, however I do not like the how the air in all the shops are being completely polluted with chemical fragrances from all their airfresheners and diffusers on display. The fumes coming off these products are highly toxic and can trigger life threatening asthma attacks, breathing problems, cardiovascular problems, neurological problems (it does me), migraines, anxiety and more.
I can’t go in them because of the awful smell saturating the place. This needs to stop because it’s harming people, babies and children and making the air unsafe to breathe in there, and I feel sorry for the workers, they probably have no clue how bad these fumes are for them and the effect their having on their health.

I have shopped from Next AU for a few years and have had mostly good experiences. They have a huge range of products and brands. I love that they have affordable shipping from UK to Australia and that returns go to an Australin warehouse address. Makes it easy for me to shop from the UK. Thank you Next!
This is a scam store
This store pretends to have all these methods to contact them but the phone number does not work, chat not working, email 3 days and waiting. This is not a UK store- they use a name of a Uk store but I believe are based in China. Who knows. Don’t trust them!

Delivery charge scam
I got an email to say my refund was processed - problem was I never returned the product as I didn’t receive it. They also didn’t refund the delivery charge. When I tried to follow it up the phone number for Australia wasn’t correct so I had to have an online chat but they abandoned the chat when I asked for either the product to be delivered or the delivery charge to be refunded also. This place seems like a scam. They told me I can place a new order but I’ll have to pay for delivery again. Yeah no thanks.
Customer service at its WORST
Purchased three items for my granddaughter. Paid up front. Two weeks later get email from PayPal that one item refunded. Over next two days the other two refunded. They kept the freight. I messaged them and asked WHY? Where was the customer service? No explanation from them as to why they refunded or kept the freight. I went to the website and nearly two hours later the best I got from them was “it got lost or damaged” “we will refund the freight but it will take five days” “order again, pay in full and then we will refund you again”. Asked to speak with a manager. Got told “can’t but will get them to call you tomorrow”. Well tomorrow came and went and no call.
NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS MAINLY CANNED RESPONSES AND OR AI FROM NON ENGLISH SPEAKING OPERATORS.
delivery issue - my first and the last order
the local courier company is terrible, got notification about the delivery but in fact it has never arrived.
Tried to call to Global Express (delivery company) but only the option to speak to the chatbot was available. Now it will take a few days investigation to find out what happened witt the parcel.
Never had issue with Yoox or Outnet delivery.
