Opinión solo sobre la venta web: hice un pedido que tras varios días no se ponía en marcha. Para contactar solo hay un correo, por lo que decidí solicitar cancelación. No recibí respuesta ni nada, tras eso vi en la web que se enviaba, me llegó aviso de MRW la empresa de transporte. Tras más de 10 días, veo que no avanza nada, así que escribo de nuevo. Ahí me dicen que como lo cancelé que lo anularon. Genial, hubiera estado bien una respuesta al primer correo y la devolución del importe al momento.

Escribo para manifestar mi descontento no solo con la experiencia de compra en Toy Planet, sino con la gestión de quejas de esta plataforma. He observado que las reseñas negativas, a diferencia de otras, parecen quedar en un limbo sin ser verificadas ni publicadas debidamente. Una comunidad de consumo solo es útil si muestra la realidad completa, no solo la cara amable. Exijo que se tomen en serio las incidencias reportadas y que la verificación sea equitativa para todos los usuarios
